In 2020 Beissel performed a window replacement project for our 1968-built house in Maplewood. We were completely satisfied with the project planning, schedule adjustment for early COVID pandemic concerns, and professional installation phases! Working with Beissel was a pleasure, and with two winters' experience with our new windows we remain happy and satisfied.

It took us awhile to be sure of the approach we'd take for renewing our house's exterior but when we decided in 2021 to have our original lap siding removed and replaced with vinyl siding we were happy to once again work with Beissel. For planning our siding project we worked with Mike Scott, who had helped us with our windows, and also with Jordan Beissel in the company's West St. Paul showroom.

Both were very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. While we were planning our siding project, a family event came up which made it necessary to host guests at our house. This created a fairly tight timeline to our preferred completion date. Beissel committed to our timeline needs, and we're happy to say Beissel's installation crew led by Luis performed the work quickly, with excellent quality, and completed the job within our timeline. Our house looks great and we couldn't be happier with both our windows and vinyl siding. We are confident in recommending Beissel for house projects!

Don't hesitate - call Beissel. Here is my experience. Our home's exterior door from the kitchen out to the deck began crumbling away from years of water damage. While we have added gutters to ensure we don't continue having this problem in the future, we definitely needed a new door. based on the space within our kitchen that this exterior door is, it perfectly lent itself to doing a sliding glass door instead.

This is where Beissel comes in. I interviewed 3 different companies. Beissel's team was responsive, on time and incredibly collaborative in my needs. In the bid process alone they listened to my biggest priorities in the project and made sure their bid addressed these priorities. What a change from the other companies who basically threw a few product brochures at me and said "pick what you want and ill give you the price".

The decision to move forward with Beissel's team was the first easy decision. The installation of the door was also prompt, clean and just so easy! They installed the door in 1 day, vacuumed multiple times through the process and left me with the most beautiful door! highly recommend. Don't hesitate!

We used Beissel for our windows and we were pleased. We had 4 contractors bid our siding job, but my heart was always with Beissel! And they had the best quote. Tom did an awesome job from the time he made his first visit to the very end.he was having a knee replacement and called 2 hours before surgery to make sure my final invoice was completed to my satisfaction.

He was so helpful in assisting us in the choice of siding products, within the budget we had. He calmed me when I got anxious and was never anything but patient. Then Jeff was the contact while the siding was being done. He came to visit the crew and made sure they knew what to do. Very kind with and understanding when he answered my questions. At one point we were going to use vertical siding but it was on back order.

I did not want my house going through the winter waiting in case it didn't come in. I said let's forget the vertical and stick with horizontal. He was on the phone in no less than a minute getting the additional siding and scheduling delivery. The crew was great! They worked hard everyday. My house looks "Bonita". And then Barb the important Finance representative. She was totally awesome: quick, kind, fast responses. I would highly recommend this tried and true company for all homeowners needs.

What a wonderful family owned company, with all services directed to making the customer happy. They went out of their way to measure correctly, get our windows in a timely manner, and to make follow up calls to make sure we were happy and everything was done ok, to our liking. Jordan the owner of the company was Fabulous, to work with, along with Taylor, Gary, Nick and Loyd.

Though I decided to use a company closer to my location, they went out of their way to meet with me before a busy holiday weekend to show me various window products and options. They also took the time to give me a competitive quote with varying window configurations for me to consider.

So, have just started our window process with Bissell, and it's been super good. Lisa and staff have all been responsive and gave me pros and cons of each item. I will write another review when our windows are complete. Giving a 5 Star so far! See Lisa at Bissell if you need Home Improvement!

We are so happy with our new siding, gutters, and storm windows from Beissel. Jordan was very responsive and extremely detailed in his communications. They were able to do all the necessary repairs before the siding and took care of getting painters to paint the foundation and all our trim. They went above and beyond in taking the time to help us do repairs on rotting wood to help make sure everything was in great shape before the siding went on and even helped out by climbing to the top of the chimney to repair minor details outside the actual scope of their work and helped me get second story windows cleaned while up on the ladder! We are very happy with our decision to use Beissel.

My parents used Beissel windows for years and when it came time to get new windows in my own home, my mom said "don't bother calling anyone else." And, she was right! Beissel did an excellent job on our roof. The were very responsive, prompt, and timely. Prices were very competitive and they worked with our insurance company, no issues with that. Ended up with a great looking roof and it only took them about a half day. Would highly recommend and would use them again.

We used Beissel Window and Siding to repair broken glass panes in our existing egress window. They ordered the glass for us, and provided us with updates on when it would be ready. The technician called us before arriving, and showed up exactly when she said she would. We were very impressed with the job that they did!

I've hired them over the years: good work but really weak on communication. They say they will come or call at a particular time, then don't. I called in last week re a new project- phone person said a rep would call me- nothing.

Beissel Windows are absolutely awesome! We worked with Lynda who is so helpful and timely in communication. She is super knowledgeable of the products and gives honest opinion in helping you chose the best window for your home! For installation, Brian and his crew were so great! Showed up on time, did an absolute wonderful job and left without a trace! Honestly could not be happier with Beissel and Sunrise windows! Highly recommend for those interested in a great quality, reasonable price, and great customer service!

All of the issues I'd noted in my previous review have since been resolved. It took longer than would seem normal to resolve them, but they were resolved none-the-less.

We have used Beissel Window & Siding for decades and think they are the best! We have used them for our Self-Storage sites, commercial buildings and many, many residential properties. Trust worthy, and professional every time. Never had a problem ever. I just had my home pressure washed and the windows cleaned and the crew leader said we appreciate these great windows. I told him who installed them!

Beissel Windows and Siding had re-insulated our house. They have done both attic and sidewall insualtion for us. my wife & I could not be more pleased. Our heating bills have decreased measurably and we know this is due to Beissel Windows & Siding's knowledge, service and guidance. Thanks!
