One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Signed on to have a new door installed in May, was told 4-6 weeks. It is now September and the door was finally finished. Delays, reschedules, poor communication all around, and when the door was finally installed, the glass didn't fit, so we had to wait another 2 weeks for glass. Never again Kendall, never again.

Went to Kendell for a lock/key quote and received it via email fast. However, upon inquiring on a revised quote, was told I would have it shortly. Never heard back and all communication ended. Would NOT recommend. Have taken my business elsewhere.
