My name is Jeremy Donathan. I have been in the garage door industry since 1992. I have worked for a reputable Garage Door Company for 15 years as a lead technician and am a Certified GMI Technician. I have worked with a variety of garage doors and openers and am very skilled in the area. It has always been a dream to one day run my own garage door business and I am happy to serve your garage door needs.
Our BASIC service calls consist of mostly minor door and opener repairs. With NO hidden charges, Service calls include checking all nuts, bolts, tracks, springs, door balance, hinges, rollers, cables, brackets, remotes and safety reverse. Most of our competitors will charge an extra fee for this service; but at Bullfrogs it's all included.

Wonderful experience doing business with Bullfrog. Steve was the technician who came out and he offered multiple solutions to our door problem. He did the new install quickly and efficiently and responded on the same day we called. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repairs or replacement,

Rollers on garage door came off. Called Bullfrog and they were able to get a technician out in less than an hour. Tanner the Technician knew immediately what our issue was and was able to resolve it in a timely manner. The cost was a lot less then I anticipated. Tanner was not only knowledgeable but personable and professional. I am highly recommended this company.

I just wanted to recommend Bullfrog's garage door company. They came out the same day I called and gave me an estimate. Steve called and said he could come by in an hour which he did. He had a mask on, he then walked around my garage, opened and closed the door several times. He asked what I thought needed to be done. He then told me what he thought needed to be done.
We agreed on many things that needed to be replaced or repaired. He then gave me his estimate of the cost. When he got back to the office I was called by a nice woman who said they needed some money to start the process as the door needed to be ordered and modified. I dropped the deposit off and we set up date. Steve called the day before and confirmed the date, time address.
He called 1/2 an hour before his arrival. He arrived on time, with his mask on. We went over everything he was going do and the cost. He worked quickly and I had a new door within a couple of hours. I was pleased with how smoothly everything went. I would recommend Bullfrog's Garage Door Co.

Just had a garage door replaced on a rental property of mine and I am surprised with how they finished. I expressed my concerns with the company and was told it was not acceptable and they would get back with me on it. So I finished paying the rest of my balance. They got back with me after I paid and now have no interest in fixing it. Due to the nature of my work all my conversations are recorded, so if they want to argue what was stated I will happily replay the recorded conversation.
When removing the trim they created some minor damage. The reason I say it is minor is because it was avoidable and easily remedied, if they cared. I am sure some may wonder why I finished paying if I was unhappy. I don't want to drag this out as I need to move on. Either they care and genuinely want to fix it or they don't. If they do not care, which is the case, I do not want them working on it any more.
It is something I can take care of myself which I will, but it is not a position I should be in. Why one star? I understand you have employees who are not perfect, but when the owner stands behind this type of work it is bad. It is not professional work and you should consider other companies. In reference to the payment, I know how business works that's why I paid you without any hassle. Warranties do not cover damage; I know this that is why I did not bring it up. The house being constructed during the "big doom"! What does that even mean? You stated you do take care when removing the trim "using several razor blades to cut the trim away from the stucco", really!
If you used several razor blades and care, that much paint would not have been removed. I am trying to add more pictures to show how much extra paint was removed while removing the trim. Then trying to schedule for two weeks and saying my tenant was rude. First off in all my dealings with my tenant he has always been polite and respectful. So hopefully it would be understandable why I do not immediately penalize him without anything more than a brief conversation with a receptionist.
Your girls in the office are nice and I appreciate their efforts but I cannot address something like that without anything to go on. Especially if it is out of character. My tenant having a rough time was in reference to him having to work more hours and it being difficult to get time off. Not excusing being disrespectful, If he was. Also he is my tenant not me, my child or my employee, I was always polite and respectful with your staff.
The two weeks it took to schedule. You are only available in the mornings Monday through Friday. And on top of that you only had a few days available due to the other days being already scheduled. This may be a surprise to you but when you have very limited hours it may be difficult to schedule an appointment with the working class (your customers).
You want to know why I wasn't there (I thought you were professionals)? When I spoke with your office they explained I did not need to be there and if there were any concerns they would contact me. Your company is used to these situations with tenants. There was an issue with the install and no word from you just a bill (as if everything went smoothly).
