Extremely helpful, friendly and knowledge staff. The showroom is of luxury proportions, and I felt immediately "comfortable" or "at ease", like you've just been handed the best coffee out there! Remarkable product displays and while perhaps a tad minimalist, it does the perfect job of showcasing the brands, while at the same time not overwhelming you with options of Home Depot proportions! Spectacular little spot for custom mirrors or glass installation (think luxury bathroom with glass sliding doors). Glad to have found this place!

I got a large mirror for my bathroom. Really good service. I was helped by Drew and he was excellent, answered all my questions and was honest, clear and patient. The pricing was good. They installed the mirror within 3 days of order and the installers were very professional and thorough. I recommend them and would buy from them again.

Excellent customer service and warranty. I had an issue with a shower handle on a glass shower door that Mirror Works installed several (5+) years ago. I had called them to just get a replacement part (to which I was fully prepared to pay for), but instead they came by within a few days, replaced the handle and it was all under warranty. I am so impressed with how they stick by their product. Outstanding customer service.

I've had 3 mirrors repaired over the last 2 years that my movers broke. Mirror Works not only restored them to original condition, they also provided courteous, professional customer service. They also communicated any issues with me as we moved through the process. I could not be happier with the service and end-results.

Mirror Works is a company I have worked with on multiple projects over the years and they are fantastic! My shower and mirror install actually happened a week EARLIER than expected. That never happens! Luke and Zach, my install team, were polite, professional, efficient and even cleaned up when the project was complete. Luke & Zach installed my shower glass today & it is spectacular. The contractor who did the actual tile work happened to stop by & he normally doesn't get to see the finished product & he was more than pleased. Luke & Zach were very friendly & courteous. They cleaned up & if not for this amazing glass left one would not even know they had been here.

Everyone here was great until I got to the Female employee in billing. The job actually went great, they did a beautiful job, but when I called to settle my bill Allyson A. said she would just run the balance on the charge I used to pay the deposit. I did not want it on a personal charge but rather a business account. I explained this to her and she told me she would get back to me regarding the balance.

Over the next few days I did not hear from her and when I checked my charge statement she had gone ahead and run it on my personal accountant. I called to ask for an invoice and express my frustration. I did not receive an apology until I called back but it was an I am sorry but I am the only person here and I do the best that I can. She was unconcerned and more intent on letting me know that she is overworked. She was indignant until she hung up.

I had a custom bathtub door installed on my non-standard bathtub in a downtown condo. Luke and Zach, who did my installation, were super friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and left my bathroom spotless after the install. The price was also better than competitors. After a rather painful massive renovation, it was such a relief to work with Mirror Works and have such great guys come in to do this install. Wonderful job and love my new glass doors! From start to finish, everyone we interacted with at mirror works was very professional! We were recommended to Mirror works by 3 different people and they really lived up to the reviews. Liam was prompt with his quoting and estimates and he accommodated all of our questions. Day of installation, Luke and Zach were very professional and ensured to check with us before moving/opening anything around the space they were working, which we really appreciated.

They worked fast and efficient and kept me informed along the way. They were the best installers we have encountered during our renovations. Finally, the shower doors looked better than we could have ever imagined. We highly recommend their services!

My shower doors are fantastic. The whole process was very easy. Installers Luke and Zach were courteous, cleaned up after themselves and worked quickly and efficiently.

As a designer, I get the chance to work with tons of diff subcontractors throughout every field. My experience EVERY TIME with mirror works has been THE ABSOLUTE WORST in OVER A DECADE. First, there is a thing called customer service. the person who answers the business' phones is usually your "first impression". she is the most terrible first impression I've ever encountered.

Her boss' must have some relation because this company does NOT take accountability for poor craftsmanship. They over charge. The guy who does the bids is LAZY and RUDE. Hands down. Terrible company. Use roadrunner, or Grand Canyon glass. Just stay away from this half ass company. They do not stand behind their work. Example: a "floating mirror" is sitting on wood backing behind it thats drilled into the drywall. this costs a lot more money.

They even charge to paint the edges black. THEN, they install instead of using anchors so that it can be removed when you tell them you're going to put electrical for led accent lighting. they go ahead and GLUE THE THING TO THE BOARD. the WHOLE THING. A CAN OR BUCKET of glue. So, when I needed to do electrical it came apart in shattered pieces.

This is my personal home I speak of. cant imagine if it were a client. They wouldn't care anyways. Somehow the front desk girl with horrible manners thinks she's the expert and "mirrors aren't supposed to be removed". At their prices they should be able to be.

Horrible place. Called them out to repair some work they had previously done and they never even responded. I had spent nearly $10k with them and they couldn't even return my calls or emails, to come repair it. Literally, 3 phone calls and all I get is "someone will follow up with you."

We'd be lost without these guys! First, a golf ball struck our sliding back wall of glass and yep, these guys came to the rescue! Fast and perfect. Next, we wanted to mirror one wall of our dining room to make the most of the views. Not only did they do a fantastic job, they discovered on measuring that one wall was 1/4 different than the other side which the other company we had quote the job did not even notice!

They had to make adjustments to account for this and now it looks beautiful and symmetrical. Top quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. The installers are professional and prompt. I highly recommend them!

The home we moved into had a wine cellar with an iron gate but no glass (to keep the room at the proper temp). We contacted several contractors and iron door companies but were unable to find someone to add glass to the gate. When someone referred us to Mirror Works, we weren't too hopeful, but they were able to do the work beautifully. They also made a few other adjustments so the door would be properly sealed and it looks and functions perfectly! Paul and Lenny were great to work with. If we need any additional glass work done in the future, we will contact them. I would recommend them highly!

Poor service with manipulative pricing. Requested service to fix some of the glass doors which were installed several years ago at a price of $30,000 along with many windows. In order to get them to come back they have hourly pricing. Doesn't sound bad until they automatically send two people and have one person work for 10 minutes and sit in the truck for the rest of the time the other person is working.

That creates an automatic two hours of work for 45 minutes of accomplishments. So you automatically get billed for two hours even if the entire project could be accomplished by one person in 30 minutes. Look around for better options.

FANTASTIC business and staff. Where do I begin, I have a house that's about 8 years old, the first time I used Mirror Works was to replace the handle on my sliding door. Paul was able to find a replacement handle for me and got it to me pronto. Fast forward 2 years later to last week. I had the lever to my patio door lock break and lo and behold, when I contacted Paul he once again took care of me.

I sent him a picture of the broken lever, he ordered the part and got it to me right away. He had Brad come out when he was in the area and installed it in less than 5 mins, even thought the part was minimal, because I was a repeat customer, they even did the install for free. Dealing with businesses now-a-days, they don't often think about the repeat business, referrals etc, it's all about the profit and big ticket items. I'm 'paying it forward' for Paul and Brad for taking the time to help me. I will be referring many people their way by starting out with this rating and sharing it in Facebook. I highly recommend this company!
