I had a great experience with Window Traditions of Georgia. Cathy Hickis did an amazing job matching my windows for my renovation! She was so detailed and asked many questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. She was able to match colors and styles to my existing windows. She also had me come to the showroom and explain what the final product would look like as well as made some suggestion that I would have never thought of!
The contract and payment process were all done online which was stream less. The windows were ready sooner than expected. Shane Pillay, our delivery person, was also amazing and communicated to us when he left the warehouse and throughout his travel time. He ended up delivering alone due to co-workers who were out with Covid. He was very professional and was able to get everything unloaded (still not sure how he managed by himself) and placed all the windows way back in our barn so they would be safe until they were ready to be installed.
He also noticed that we were missing a window and took responsibility and made sure we got it in record time. I would definitely work with Window Traditions of Georgia in the future. I had a great experience with Window Traditions of Georgia.

Purchased a large window package and sliding doors for a new build. Customer service was outstanding, pricing was very fair and well coordinated - Anne saved us a ton on the sliding door package and Anderson 100 series. Shane and his crew were prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. Delivery was on time, well organized, and follow up was excellent. I would highly recommend this crew. They made the whole experience painless!

I purchased an Andersen window from Window Traditions of Georgia for a kitchen remodel at our house in Marietta. Our salesperson Rob made an appointment for me at their showroom and was very knowledgeable when helping pick out and size the window. Once the window came in, Shane at the warehouse was very helpful in arranging a pickup time and providing measurements to get it home. Ultimately, he delivered and unloaded the window at my house free of charge because he was going to be in the area.
The window looks great and I had it several weeks ahead of our remodel. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely go back when the rest of the windows in the house are replaced.

I contacted Window Traditions of GA looking for a replacement window for our master bath and worked with Cathy Hickis who was very pleasant and professional and is well versed in the company's broad product line. Having some building experience myself, I can tell you that pricing was competitive, appointments for the measurements were convenient and they arrived on time, as promised.
Their showroom in Johns Creek has an extensive line of windows and doors and their sales staff is certainly knowledgeable about what they are selling. My installation crew was experienced, professional and very respectful of our home, removing their shoes, wearing masks and using drop cloths to protect the area in which they were working. From a guy who pays attention to the details, I highly recommend Window Traditions of GA without reservation.

We had 22 very large (over 7 feet tall) windows, including two bay windows, replaced by one of the teams from Window Traditions. Rudolfo and Pedro did an exemplary job. They had to contend with foul weather interruptions as well as hidden damage exposed during the removal of the 28-year-old windows. This necessitated they replace the rotted wood before they could continue. Patiently they proceeded, carefully extracting old windows, making needed repairs and installing the new ones.
All the while keeping me well informed. They were assisted intermittently by Shane, who brought newly needed materials for those repairs, allowing them to continue the work on other window areas. They were always prompt, neat, extremely polite and courteous. Throughout the job they meticulously cleaned each day and reviewed their progress and tomorrow's plans with me.
I most highly commend them for their efforts and that of the sales and management teams. The product is excellent but the install skills as well as attention to detail and communication make the package a true pleasure. Thanks.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel like I should for my experience with Window Traditions of Georgia. The entire experience was exemplary, from Sales to Installation. Rob and Tanner were the Sales and Measurement crew. From the start, they were knowledgable, on-time, curteous and never, not once, put any pressure on me to buy. Also, their suggestions were spot on and their communications were excellent.
I have nothing but good things to say about the pre-sales and sales experience. As good as the sales team are, the installation team of Rudolfo and Pedro were, by far, the best I have ever encountered. I have been tangentally involved with the construction industry most of my life. I spent almost 10 years working in residential homes and 8 years in the construction materials (concrete & aggregate) business.
The installation team was one of the finest I have ever encountered. I have a 125+ year old farmhouse whose windows were over 50 years old. To say I had a challenging project (I replaced every window - about 15 - plus I added a large picture window) is quite an understatement. I'll skip the normal things like they were professional, etc. because all of that applies.
They went above and beyond. Way above. They worked extremely diligently to facilitate a most beautiful installation. This job was so challenging in that it each window was a different hurdle due to the age and handmade construction of the house (not to mention the custom trim work I wanted). The job also took longer than planned, but that did not slow them down.
They even asked if they could complete over a Saturday as opposed to waiting to the following Monday to wrap up. They were just awesome. I believe that after they finished and cleaned up, my house might have been cleaner than before they started! During the installation, the Operations/Installations Manager, Andre, keep in touch and stopped by from time to time to check on the progress.
He even brought the extra materials required due to unforeseen challenges for a wall of windows in my den. He too was awesome. I am an engineer so I can ask a lot of questions. I like to learn. Andre was patient and explained things in the minute detail that I like. He rocked. I would not hesitate to recommend or use WTofGA again. As a matter of fact, they are my go to now as I plan for a complete replacement of my doors and look to doing the windows on my office/guest house. I am not calling anyone else. That speaks volumes.

This is our second large window & door job with Window Traditions of Georgia, and I will say that the scheduling and installation process was even smoother and higher quality than the first high quality job (6 years ago). Joe Judge is my sales consultant, and he led me through product selection by providing all of the information I needed to make decisions. Andre Roberts, the operations manager was responsive to my scheduling needs.
And the installation crew (Ronaldo, Lucas, and Roderick) were efficient and professional. The crew leader made extra effort to answer all of my questions during the job which greatly reduced my anxiety level. Window replacement is an expensive undertaking for any homeowner, so finding the right company makes a big difference in how happy you will be with the outcome. I highly recommend Window Traditions of Georgia for your window or door replacement project.
