These guys did a great job with our front doors! Great quality, great value, great customer service! Everything with home renovations that has to be ordered is taking a little longer right now, but JD kept in touch with updates and got us on the schedule as soon as the doors arrived. I highly recommend them!

Poor customer service. I have been trying to get return calls and an invoice for the estimate for the front door refinishing, for a couple of months now. I really wanted to use JD Glasswork, because my neighbor did. Her front door looks good. However, this is not the company to work with. I was given a quote by phone, and promised an invoice. Never received. Jeremy even told me that he hadn't gotten back to me because he was busy.
My door would not get worked on until the first of the next year., 2022. I still had not received an invoice, and wondered if it was "lost in the mail". As I reported to him about the poor customer service, he told me that they have been in business for 30 yrs. and that they had customers. So I assured him that more than likely he would get more customers, but I would not be one of them. If customer service is important to you, and putting you on the schedule, then don't become a customer of theirs.

This company mainly does custom leaded glass and steel doors. We use them for a glass repair in 2014 where they made us a custom glass plate. Noticing a defect in 2021, we called them out and they made the repair the same day for free. This company does a great job and really stand behind their work. I had to recommend them.

I've read the few glowing reviews about JD's Glassworks and I can honestly say that I'm puzzled. My experience has been just the opposite. Their customer care is non-existent. Four weeks ago I stopped by their showroom and talked with Jeremy Douthit (the son of the founder) and discussed my door needs. Jeremy asked that I send him pictures of my doors that needed replacing and repaired.
I did so that day. After 10 days of no reply I called Jeremy back and was told that he would contact me about a sales appointment to review my project in a day or two. Another 10 days have gone by and still no call or contact. I called again today and spoke with Jeremy to discuss my displeasure with his customer service. His only reply was that they were very busy.
The sad part is I purchased my front door from JD's back in the early 1990's and have been very happy with their product. Back then I dealt with the senior Mr. Douthit and received timely responses and quality installations, my how things have changed.
