I have been a customer of Window Concepts since 2013. They first did my house windows and I was so satisfied with their work that I had them come back over the years to install a sliding glass door and remodel our bathroom. They are not pushy when it comes to providing quotes or working with your schedule like other companies and contractors. The work they provide has always been a very high quality and the techs go above and beyond to ensure they are respectful of your house during the construction and through the clean up process.

I had four windows, a bay window, and my front door replaced. Working with Window Concepts of Minnesota was excellent with every step of the process. The sales person was thorough, and didn't pressure me. The person that took detailed measurements informed me of what to expect when it came to trim adjustments due to the age of my windows and front door.
The installers were polite, and very hard workers. They finished the job in a single day, and I haven't found a single flaw in their work. I shouldn't need my windows replaced for a very long time, but I will be telling my friends and family that if I every need windows or door work again, I will go with Window Concepts of Minnesota.

I was happy with Window Concepts installation of 2 windows and a new front door. The installers were excellent. They were fast and they cleaned up well. My only issue is the long lead time from order to install. It took 7 months. I also understand that supply chain issues are outside of their control. Overall, Im satisfied and would use Window Concepts again.

We had a great experience with Window Concepts of Minnesota. We did have a few delays due to material availability, but we were told that upfront and it wasn't a big deal, and were also delayed once due to weather, which again we were rescheduled promptly. We ordered 9 custom windows from Window Concepts, (we previously had 4 done a few years ago by another well known company and wish now we would have had them all done by WC.) Dan Gabriel, our salesperson was awesome and knew his product, very impressed with him. We were fine with manufacturing time(understandable that it takes some time) Just installed this week, the install crew, Alex, Dennis and Nick were amazing, they were friendly and professional, took care with demo and the windows installation, and clean up. Will highly recommend Window Concepts to anyone needing any projects done. Great value, great service! Love the new windows! Thanks WC!

Window Concepts did two jobs for us. The first was a bath renovation, including converting the bath to a walk in shower. Everything from the concept design to installation went beautifully. We are very happy with our new bathroom. They also installed granite countertops, and a new sink and fixture i our kitchen. Again the project was pain free, and our new kitchen is amazing. We would highly recommend Mn Window Concepts.

We ordered a door in May, 2021 and it was finally shipped in December and installed in mid-January, 2022. This was a little later than projected but still, out of their hands. The initial meeting was fantastic. The door options and fees were explained thoroughly. The people who measured were prompt and accurate. Window Concepts responded to emails throughout the process of waiting for the door and kept in communication when COVID impacted the installation date.
On the installation date, we called and were told they would arrive between 8-10, they arrived just after 10. The installers were friendly and got right to work. Fortunately, the door fit perfectly and they only had to run out for some trim pieces to complete the job. The whole process took about four hours. The final product looks great and works well!
The only thing that gave them four stars is that we had to call for updates instead of them reaching out to us. However, they did respond promptly and the end result was a positive experience. I would use Window Concepts again.

My wife and I hired window concepts of Minnesota to install new windows and a new patio door in our home. The consultation process was painless and simple. All of our questions were answered by an extremely knowledgeable representative. When the crew arrived to install they were very punctual and polite. When all was said and done our new windows and patio door look spectacular. We will definitely be recommending them to anyone we know in the market for such things and for any renovations in our future home.
