I have been a locksmith for over 43 years. I have been using PDQ locks now for about the past 14 years and find their products to be of excellent quality and value. Their grade 2 and grade 1 locks are on par or exceed what the other major brands of the same hardware types are producing. In my experience they fully stand behind their products and offer the locksmiths excellent technical and product support.
