The owner of this business really takes care of his customers. My garage broke on Friday night of Labor Day weekend. I called several companies that said they have emergency service. Dylan's is the only one that contacted me back Friday night. Dylan's came to my house first thing Sat morning and fixed my garage within an hour. Dylan's just charged me the normal fee.

One other company called back on Saturday and they wanted 240 just for the service call. Dylan's fixed my garage and with the service call it was only 180 on a holiday weekend at that. Dylan's has a customer for life and I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Top notch company with excellent customer service. 12-3-20 update My 15 year old garage door opener went out after 5 on a Wednesday night. Called Dylans and Matt was here first thing on Thursday morning and had me all fixed up.

Contacted Dylans after my garage door stopped working. They came out the same day to fix it. The tech was professional, courteous and extremely fast. The spring was broken and it took him about 15 min to fix it. Sisnt try to sell me anything or make up other things that needed fixed. I HIGHLY recommend Dylans and will be using them for all of my garage door needs from now on!

Dylan's came out to repair my garage door the same day that I called and was able to repair both of my garage doors in one trip. The service man was polite, timely and easy to work with. The price was amazing (check their site - it had a great coupon that says it changes regularly) too! I asked a local group of families who they would recommend to service a garage door and all but one said Dylan's was the way to go - after taking their advice I can see exactly why they recommended them!
