They took my call very late in the day with no problem and asked about my problem, what I needed done. The professional came out the next day and was able to fix my garage door, which wasn't opening plus the unit was making a horribly loud sound. He fixed it on the spot plus made some more adjustments on my garage doors and allowed them to be more quiet and smoother than they have ever been since we have lived here! Faith based company with great service and great professionals and great prices. Give them a try, you will not regret it.

Got my garage door motor replaced after storms came and ruined my system. Larry was extremely friendly and was willing to go above and beyond what was required to ensure everything was set for me. Even during these crazy/busy times!

I called up and had Larry check out my door because it was cracking. He came out the next day and explained to me why it does that and gave me a price on a replacement. The circuit board for our garage door opener was fried in a lightning storm, and we had been waiting for weeks to receive the part from Chamberlain where it was on back order. I reached out to 13 garage door companies to see if I could find the part locally, and this is one of the few companies who called me back. Larry didn't have the part but located the part for me elsewhere and made arrangements for me to purchase the item.

This saved my husband and I a lot of headaches and indefinite waiting for Chamberlain to get the part part back in stock. If we ever need garage door service or installation, we will definitely be calling Larry!

Superior customer service! The young lady that I spoke with was very friendly and helpful, scheduled my appointment and said Larry would be contacting me shortly. Larry did call me quickly, we discussed the door issue and he came out the next day. Larry was very friendly and quickly repaired our garage door.

Five Star Service from start to finish. As fate would have it my overhead door spring broke early this afternoon. I called HIS Door Service at 2:15 pm and less than an hour later Larry arrived to save the day. He proceeded to disassemble the broken spring mechanism and made quick work of the necessary repair. HIS Door Service is truly a Godsend type of business. A++ in my book.

Larry and his son are the best I have ever found in the garage door business. Have used them multiple times over the years for service and repairs and they are always prompt, professional, and courteous. They aren't the cheapest by far, but as in any type of service business you certainly get what you pay for. I would recommend them to anyone without any issue or question.

I have worked with HIS Overhead door through our company, Campagna & Associates Realtors for four years now. I have never had anything but fast and courteous service form Larry and his son Larry Wade in the probably over 100 service calls we have had in my time here. They are competent and fast, usually getting to our emergency calls the same day and our routine calls the next. I can not recommend them highly enough.

I've used them for 7 years and they've always done a fantastic job. Door spring broke today at 11:30 am and larry was at my house by 2:30 and it was fixed by 3:30 pm. So reliable, great company!

After putting up with broken garage door springs for a few months, I finally called around for prices. I was given their name by a contractor who has worked with them. They gave me a very reasonable quote for one spring and only $50 more for the second spring. They offered to come out the same day but I wouldn't be around so they came the following morning. They repaired the springs on our garage door quickly. Very nice work.

His Overhead Door Service has been in business for several years. We used them several years ago and were impressed enough to call them again. We called for service and the repairman showed up as scheduled. He was able to fix our 25 year old opener. He also programmed and sold us two new remotes we requested. He brought along a young apprentice he is training from a local community center. This is one of the good guys.
