We are a design/build company (NW Lifestyle Homes and Mawer Brothers Construction and we have used NW Shower Door for years. They are AWESOME to work with! They are prompt with their scheduling and install and all of their employees are professional, courteous and knowledgeable about their products. We love NW Shower Door! :)

I e-mailed these folks re: Installing a glass partition for my bathroom. 1 day later they got back top me and said their guy Max would get ahold of me, he never did. Six days later I re-inquired and they replied 1 day later saying "Apologies Vern. I'll follow up with Max to see where he's at". Still nothing, 8 days into this endeavor. At this point I'll be looking for another company to work with cause I want to get this done. They may be really great at installing glass. Sadly I will never know.

I cannot praise Northwest Shower Door enough. The company provides a superior customer service going the extra mile to deliver a great product in a timely manner. By the time I contacted this company I spent over seven months trying to find a supplier of glass covers for my irregularly shaped wood dining and coffee tables. When I finally got quotes from just two companies, one included a waterjet, i.e. rough, glass edges for both tables, and the other partially polished edges excluding the concave part of the coffee table shape! Dave, the owner of the Northwest Shower Door, turned out to be a one-time Chihuly apprentice not intimidated by the technical difficulties of the job.

He personally measured the tables, made several trips to my house with mock cardboard tops to ensure a perfect fit, and polished the glass edges himself by hand! Although it took him far longer than expected he completed the task delivering the perfect products on time and to my full satisfaction. What's more he is not only a very knowledgeable craftsman, professional and an artist but also a truly nice person; he did not take advantage of my evident desperation and priced the job very reasonably. Praises should go not only to Dave but also to all his support staff at the office.

The communication was outstanding. I am happy to join a chorus of very satisfied customers recommending Dave and Northwest Shower Door for any, even most demanding, glass jobs.

Dave and crew did a fantastic job on our new heavy glass frameless shower door. As a contractor, I've had great service over the years from NW Shower Door. As a home owner, I couldn't be happier with the new shower glass just recently installed in my home.

NW Shower Door was excellent! We had four other shower glass companies stop by to estimate and due to the challenge of installing glass on the corner next to the half "pony wall" these other companies shied away from our project. Not Dave! He problem-solved and took very careful measurements and discussed in detail with us about our goals and the requirements needed to complete our project successfully.

He was very knowledgeable, the utmost professional and very pleasant to work with! Due to his extensive experience and knowledge, Dave exudes the confidence of a craftsman who truly knows his craft. We are extremely happy with the results and everything works impeccably. Not only is it very beautiful, but very functional. The owner is very knowledgeable and experienced with the possibilities and limitations of glass fabrication and installation and can guide you with your aspirations with details very competently and professionally. In my opinion if you are getting a glass shower door installed then NW Shower door is the best company to consider. Many glass companies dabble in shower doors but if they encounter any difficulties they may not only fail but may also not back up their work. NW Shower Door will back up their work. We have a complicated issue with our glass shower door due to construction problems at the point of attachment. Dave has always been available to come out and adjust the door at no cost.

After a few years we again started having problems with the door but misremembered the company name and called another glass company. This was a costly mistake. The people that were sent out clearly had no idea how to solve the problem but were fine with charging us money for making the problem worse. In the end we checked back with our original contractor and got the correct information.

The other company was trying to sell us a complete glass reinstall. Instead Dave came out, worked around the other company's half-baked hacks and fixed it. At no charge. Years later. I've never had this level of support from a contractor and I've worked with many good contractors that have gone out of their way to fix problems. I think Dave sees issues like this as a personal challenge and enjoys solving problems.

When he showed us the source of the problem there was a degree of analysis that was way beyond the capability of the other installers. If you want a glass shower door installed and that installation done right and backed up by a company with integrity, use NW Shower Door. (And don't lose their number.)

Dave and his crew did all the doors and kitchen backsplash in our new home recently. Their showroom was great, selection broad, and friendly. They delivered when planned and installation went perfectly. Recently, one of the doors was rubbing due to change in a wall due to the hot sun on that outside wall. Dave happened to be nearby, but he managed to get to us THE SAME DAY! Not only did he adjust the door just right, but he went through and adjusted all the others while he was there. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

David is the owner of this company and he did an outstanding job. He fixed a problem we were having with our shower door and I want to say many thanks to him and to the company. He's very prompt, professional and he fixed the problem in a timely manner. This is a very honest and reputable company and I highly recommend them. I would definitely use them if I need another shower door installed.

Excellent work on two new shower enclosures, including one that required some true out-of-the-box thinking. I especially appreciated that Dave upgraded a shower sweep on an install they had done a few years earlier for free. A professional, serious, highly competent outfit. And friendly!

Highly recommend this company. In 2007, they installed a shower door, cut translucent tempered glass panels for our new cabinet doors and cut and installed a large mirror. They were more knowledgeable than our contractor, making a few recommendations that greatly improved the look of the installation. This year, we called them back because the wheels on the shower doors were not working as smoothly. Even though it was a repair and not just a new sale, they were responsive, prompt and helpful. Rare these days!

I cannot say enough good things about Northwest Shower Door. After extensive research, I decided to have them install a new shower door on my remodeled shower. Not only were they extremely detailed and accommodating along the way but they provided a flawless install. After a while, I ran into an issue with one my hinges and they went over and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. Not only are they true craftsmen, but they stand behind their work. Highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service, product expertise, and professional installation. The entire process from initial contact by email inquiry about the company, to the final product represented by a beautiful and elegant glass shower, was seamless. I am sure this single item will increase the value of our home many fold! : - Company staff from completing the estimate, measurements, and installation wore masks and strictly followed COVID protocols.

They were respectful of the home environment; wore shoe coverings and provided floor protection for the installation area. And, finally, I totally agree, the NWS representatives are the "Nicest people ever!"

This is a story of a company that puts their reputation and its customers' satisfaction above everything else. Last year, we have our bathroom renovated and wanted a walk-in shower with glass door for my mother's wheelchair. Through our general contractor, we were introduced to Northwest Shower Door and we selected a design that works for us. During the design process, David Greer had graciously guided us through the considerations to fit our need and ended up recommended a product that fits our need.

Since it was part of the general contract, the shower door was installed by our general contractor/builder. Again, David stepped in to provide technical supports to the installation team. Fast forward. a few months after door installed, the door's become stuck and heavy to open. We called David after desperate attempts at contacting our original contractor. Since, the door was not installed by Northwest Shower Door, we prepared to pay for any work performed by NSD (at this point, the door's become stuck). David came out and diagnosed the problem caused by the original installer and took his time to correct the issues.

When we asked for the bill, David decline to charge us for his time. While disappointed with our contractor and original installer, we were very grateful for the courtesy and generosity of David from Northwest Shower Door. More than anything else, the professionalism and courtesy from David make me very happy that small businesses like his are still around and that also cements my conviction to support local small businesses.

We just completed our second bathroom remodel with NW Shower Door over the past 10 years. Their work is excellent and the crews are very professional and courteous. David, the owner, came out today to assist with installing our shower door. It's always nice to know the owner is involved in meeting and working directly with clients. I highly recommend them and would use them again for future work.

Perfect from start to finish. Called NWSD after two other companies did not pan out on insurance coverage and / or reviews by past customers. Contacted by phone, Dave showed up a bit early (yes!), measured & discussed options for the master shower, figured as long as he was here, would have him look at the 2nd shower as I wanted to replace it at a later time due to budget - he made time to do that as well.

He was also very Covid aware, wearing a mask, which I hadn't experienced from the other companies - thumbs up! Received the quote back in less than 2 days, everything we discussed (glass type, frame type, installation/haul away) was captured in the quote. Checking their reviews - they seemed to have the kind of customer service that matched not only what I experienced in the quote/bid process, but in follow up as well.

After reviewing both bids, decided to do both doors @ the same time and they accommodated my work schedule / time off to accomplish that. Appreciated it! The 30 year old doors that stuck, leaked and were missing interior handles are no more! What a beautiful difference - the new doors are semi-frameless, and can be opened/closed with one finger and there's no more squeaking as they open or close - silence is golden.

I love that the handles are drilled through the glass, the rain pattern of the glass is beautiful as well. They showed up on-time for the installation, they cleaned up everything as they went and were done with both shower door installations in 3.5 hours, leaving documentation of the glass treatment as well as instructions on removing the painters tape on the sweeps and when we could use the showers.

They have been a joy to deal with (quote to down-payment to scheduling to installation) and am impressed with the professionalism and courtesy I was treated with. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone based on my experience.

NWSD did a flawless job with our custom shower enclosure, and are the NICEST people ever. There had been a misunderstanding about what kind of shower enclosure we could have and we ended up with metal frames which was not my dream. But the owner went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and were making an informed decision.

Northwest Shower Door installed the shower enclosure in my bathroom some years back. Over time, one of the panels had come undone from the U-channel attached to the wall. David (owner) was quick to head through to reseat the panel, realign the door, and grease up the creaky hinges. Standing by the work that was originally done is truly impressive. It's rare to stumble upon a business these days that operates with this level of integrity and professionalism. Shower enclosure is like new. Working with David was a true pleasure.

The negative reviews all seem to revolve around someone not getting their door as quickly as they had hoped. These are custom made pieces of glass cut to fit your specific space. Anytime you are dealing with the manufacturing of custom items, there are numerous people and moving parts involved in the production process. You are not ordering an item from Amazon Prime folks!

I have had 2 shower doors installed by Northwest Shower Door. One was ready for install ahead of expected, and one they had to wait for a part from a secondary supplier. Nothing anyone could do about that. They called and let me know as soon as they realized they could not meet their "tentative install date, " and then they re-scheduled the install as soon as the part became available to them. I highly recommend Northwest Shower Door.

We just got our frame less shower install and it is beautiful. It was an easy process and we enjoyed working with NWSD. Prices and quality were good. Remodeling is a long, difficult process, it was nice to have one thing go as expected! Thank you.

NW Shower Door installed a glass shower for us, and it still looks like new over 10 years later! This is a great locally owned business. They stand by their work in both small and large projects.

My elderly parents bought a shower enclosure from Northwest Shower Door to complete a bathroom model to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary and host 10 family members from around the world. Dave said it would be 3-4 weeks to installation. After my parents paid under that agreement and waited 3 weeks, they called to find installation won't happen until almost 5 1/2 weeks.

This is after the "big day" which was disclosed at the measuring phase. My parents will have to share their main bathroom with 10 guests as they celebrate their anniversary thanks to the delay. Shame to take advantage of them and ruin what should be a happy family event Northwest Shower Door.

From start to finish - NW Shower Door was great to work with. Carrie (sp?) walked through the showroom and helped us make glass & hardware choices - giving us great advice. Then Mike (who might be the most patient man alive) - checked in on our bathroom progress week after week. (The tiling needs to be completely finished before they come out to measure for the doors and we took a LOT longer than we planned.) He even led us to save some money and make a much better door handle choice.

Then - the installers who came out were talented, patient and very professional. Turns out one of the pieces was the wrong glass - and Michelle ordered a replacement right away and we had it installed about a week later (MUCH earlier than I thought it would be - yay!) and without another install charge. One of the things that tends to impress me the most about a company is how they work with a customer in situations where something goes wrong (for whatever reason). NW Shower Door employees, to a person, were professional, responsive and just great to work with. I HIGHLY recommend them!

We had a glass shower door installed recently and the process went great. We called and scheduled an appointment with them and they came to our house. They took all the measurements, walked us thru different options, and allowed us to customize the order to our needs/wants. We were able to customize everything from where the door would sit, height/opening at the top, handles, clamps, glass thickness, treatments, etc.

After they had everything fabricated, the installers came. They put blankets on our shower floor and bathroom floor, installed everything in one quick visit, cleaned everything up. They also walked us thru how the seals would work, how to clean the shower doors, etc. 24 hours later after letting things dry we were using our great new shower door. We went direct and the cost was less than what our contractor was going to charge us, and we got a customized experience getting exactly what we wanted.

Okay, so based on having my shower finally completed. I'm raising my origami one star to three stars. The shower looks fantastic. It looks expensive. They'd have gotten a full 5 stars from me if the shower glass had been installed on time, without the errors in measure/entering into computer. I would use them again for a second bathroom but would seriously hesitate if there was no back up shower in my house.

I must say this business is a 1st class bathroom door and installation business. Recently I remodeled my bathroom & shower, . After many viewings of potential company's I ended up purchasing my shower glass wall & door here. NW Shower Door provided everything a person could expect when dealing with a contractor. Great pricing, quality merchandise and 1st class service.

I was impressed that the owner personally came out and measured and installed my door. He had to make second trip for minor adjustment but he was efficient and curtious to my time frame and offers discount for cash (deal). We recently had NW Shower Door install a frameless glass shower door in our master bath. Dave came out and did the measurements, and after paying 1/2 the price they ordered the glass. When the glass arrived they sent 4 workers out and it only took them about 2 hours to install our beautiful new glass enclosure. We were VERY impressed with the professionalism, quality, and fantastic price we received from this business, and would highly recommend them for any work you may need done.
