I have specified HH windows for use on custom homes which I have designed, and I have used HH windows on my own home. One of these windows is a magnificent, 7' tall 42 wide french casement with a curved top. It is larger than any of the french doors in my house, and garners its share of amazed comments from my architect friends.

HH Windows & Doors builds custom European entry doors of all styles, shapes, and sizes. Our European entry door design guarantees superior performance over any other door system on the American market. Logan is very rude and vague and was abrasive to try to speak with. I was not believing that it was a real company after speaking with him as he has no customer service and is intolerable during the process. It is disappointing, the photos of architecture and the products on the website are pleasant to the eye and yet unfortunate that I will not be using them because of my interaction with Logan.
It does not matter what business you are in these days we all expect a certain amount of professionalism and etiquette as well as customer service that values each and every interaction.

I have to say I am truly disappointed in the lack of customer service HH Windows and Doors has given us. We've had an issue with our doors for over 3 years now. To get any help or assistance is nearly impossible. Hannes, has done NOTHING to help in trying to fix the problem. He keeps pushing the problem so we can get it fixed by someone else. When in fact the error is with his product.
It is a HUGE investment. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH HH Windows and Doors, you are just putting your money into a sink hole! We have asked others to help repair it but they cant, we need his help and he is HELPLESS!

Though we ultimately did not go with HH Windows & Doors (we found a local option in Southern California that made more sense logistically), I did want to share that our information-seeking experience with Hannes was excellent. He happily answered our inquiries promptly and precisely, and was very patient with our numerous questions. Based on my research regarding Tilt & Turn windows and doors, HH products appear to be top notch. Had we lived in the greater Seattle area, we would have undoubtedly continued to work with HH!
