Great place for inventory. great help loading good and polite. but tons of inventory right now so finding the inventory takes time. over stocked but still good and polite.patients goes a long way. great product, great staff

So far a three as I have contacted them twice now with no return calls. Our windows were arranged by SWD builders and they used this company for windows. I have a window that won't close and water is leaking in. I have had to go outside and push windows closed and try to lock it. If not under their warranty, at least tell me and let me write a review about their windows.

If they can fix I am hoping it can be done in a timely manor. If they call back and explain I could change my review. If they are not the ones who installed my windows, they might want to let me know. Thanks Linda

By far the worst company I've worked with yet. Ordered 3 sets of closet doors came out pink supposed to be red mahogany. Company replied there's nothing they can do. My only option is to buy new doors and pay them all over again with no reimbursement. They did nothing to help fix the situation and charged top dollar for a poor service.

Worst contracting company I've ever used. Ordered three sets of closet doors red mahogany came out pink. Brought it to their attention they refused to give me any reimbursement or fix the problem. My only option was to spend more money and buy new doors that was their solution.
