I had an account here for years without any problems. However the last 2 jobs I had delivered had damages caused by the delivery guys. Once repairs were completed to fix these repairs Negwer did issue me a credit, and I paid my bill the next day. However since I mailed a check instead of paying by credit card I was emailed threats by the credit manager about closing my account etc.

I copied the manager and got no response. My account is now closed and I have taken my business elsewhere. I would not recommend if you want a professional business atmosphere that handles problems correctly and is respectful to the customer.

I would like to say that the blonde female answering the phones has as sweet of voice that you could hope for, to intercept your phone call and getting transferred to the person who can help with what you need. And Zach Luebke is always very helpful and makes you feel like you are his most important customer he is dealing with. Though I know I am not. Great experience all the way around, WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

If I could leave a lower score I would. I came in with a colleague and we weren't waited on for awhile and we were the only people up front. The whole time we were ignored the blond receptionist talked loudly and very poorly about a phone call she just got about someone needing a manager. The way she talked made me feel like I could never call with a complaint so I came here instead. When we were helped the guy didn't know any of the stuff we were looking for and it took another guy coming to help to get it settled. Would not recommend.

These folks were extremely helpful. I had a rush project and needed a fire rated door. Other companies had several weeks waiting list but they got me hooked up in a couple of days. Definitely recommend.

One of your driver's just completely crossed traffic at cave springs and Mexico Rd in St Peters as if he ran a red light and almost smashed right into many cars including my mom's. When I looked to see an identication he was completely unconcerned and eating his bag of chips. Please teach your driver's how to drive before they kill someone.

Horrible customer service showed up late to deliver drywall on my job and they're too big of a company to care about your time wasted while waiting when they were five hours late. would not recommend
