The technician showed up at my house and when I went back inside to get a mask he told me that he wouldn't wear a mask and they could send someone next week that would wear a mask. He then proceeded to tell me if I thought the mask would protect me I was mistaken. I and a household member are high risk and I corrected him and informed him that by wearing a mask I am protecting him and if he wore a mask he was protecting me.
I told him never mind as I did not want him walking through my house without a mask. Not very accommodating when I asked him nicely to protect me. Won't be recommending you and it's too bad as you were recommended to me.

Terrible customer service! I called at 10:00a and was told someone could respond around 11:00a to my door stuck up. Granted, my bad on the door, but that's not relevant to the service. I called a little before noon and was told they could not contact the technician. Around 1:30p I finally got a call from the tech who said he was assigned another repair job before me and would not make it to me before 3:30p (that's 4.5 hours after her was supposed to be here).
I attempted many time to call the office to get an explanation and (after answering my call on the first ring all day) suddenly all my calls go to their voicemail during their business hours.

Great service over the phone and they were willing to come right over to repair the broken spring. This was especially nice since the door had broken in the afternoon on Thanksgiving eve. I am very happy with the great repair and tune up along with honest advice and a price that was better than the competition who only had an appointment window four days later. Thank you!

Well, for $65, we got a garage door tune-up. Greg H. came by and showed me what he fixed: from installing longer screws that would go into the drywall and through some of the wood to stabilize the rails, to the kind of oil to keep the springs going. I appreciate being educated as a consumer. Yeah, he showed up a little later than promised, but I was okay with that considering that another company in town couldn't make a commitment to a time until the next day "sometime" in the afternoon. Plus, their quote was pricey. Hamon Overhead Door Co., this first-time customer will be a return customer.
