Glen knows his stuff and makes sure that he orders the correct material. I had him fix the previous work of a door company that left the step overhanging & wobbly as well as the wrong style/size molding on my door frame. He fixed everything just right so now it matches my house! He will make sure what you think you are getting is actually what you are getting and installs it with up to code precision. I highly recommend!

They were not friendly on arrival to show room and on discussing what options they offer. They don't even help with installs and wouldnt even talk with me until I had measurements. Really bad service. Perhaps they think I couldnt afford it even though I have already spent 100k. Either way, no thank you to these folks.keep looking.

Considering the wait time, the couple of months went by pretty fast. And the fact that Josh got a company called T.M. Cobb to custom make my beautiful doors, it was totally worth the wait. Thanks Josh and the team there for a great experience. Oh and I can't forget the 2 patio sliding glass doors. 100% satisfied!

I'm a regular home owner. The sales people are very courteous. I bought some doors and hardware items there about a year ago and they remembered me by name. I've since come back several times for more doors and hardware products. They're very knowledgeable, professional and have great products at a great value. The service and prices are generally better than the Orange or Blue themed mass market retailers.

Several years ago We bought a sliding window patio door, and a front door when we remodeled. Spent over $5,000. Frankly, we've had issues with all of the products. We're on our second front door because the glass in the first door slipped down. It happened again to the second door and we're just living with it since the company couldn't fix it much. We've had numerous problems with the back patio door.
It kept slipping off the track and now the locking mechanism is funky. Granted we put these products in years ago, but they should have lasted much better. The company was ok to work with but it looks like they sell many inferior products. We thought we bought quality stuff. The patio door was a Milgard French slider. Not sure what the front doors were. We probably won't use this company again

You would expect a place that has been around for so many years would know what they are doing. Tina does not have a clue of how to interpret the contractor measurements and the owners don't care to make her mistakes right. After she told me I needed a special order which didn't sound right I went to Home Depot got the exact same door and no special order

In searching for a new door, I was looking for a focal point for the room.a statement! Tina at The Door Outlet was amazing in assisting us in choosing our new door.which was actually a new wall since we chose a 10x8 french sliding door. And it looks amazing! The price was very reasonable for the product also.

The entire experience was as good as it gets. I needed a new front door. My 1st contact was as a walk-in to their showroom. Tina answered all my questions and got me several catalogs. When I was ready to make a choice. Josh came out and took all of the appropriate measurements. Once we agreed on the details of the job, all items were put in writing and delivered on time and at the quoted price. The installer (Ron?) was a real pro. His attention to detail is greatly appreciated.

1st Class Operation Found Tina when we started our project, she is very knowledgeable and provided quality windows/doors at a fair price. I did shop around for the best price and found no major difference from the big box stores. In phase 1 our builders installed. The big win for these guys came in phase 2 when we ordered new replacement sliders and their installers did their thing. 1st class job - always cleaning up and truly cared about their work.

Price, Price, and again BEST PRICES! I shouldn't write this because they might raise their prices. But I got mine so I don't care! knew the door I wanted. A back door with a window and screen. The common brand is sold by big box stores but not this model. I shopped all over Ventura and the price went from $700, down by the Wharf.to $600 at another popular near-by door store.to $375 at the DOOR OUTLET.
I commented later about their low price and the owner said."We are happy with our profit, we don't need to take advantage." They gave me recommendations for installers but I used my own guy. GREAT SERVICE, BEST PRICES

Wow - these guys came in and installed. perfectly flush, my new screen door in a matter of 2 hours. The doorjamb was awful to work with, old way too much paint but the installer (nicest guy ever) just persevered quietly and hung the door to perfection. We are sooooooo happy - thanks so much Door Outlet!

Were easy to work with, no pressure. Gave us prices for everything and we picked what was in our budget. Our house is 1958, so we replaced 2 sliders, 3 exterior doors and most of the windows. Choose Milgard (locally made) very nice windows.really beat the old junk we had. You pick the hardward, took a few days.guys were really clean and neat throughout the whole project. Did not mind our dog pestering them. Had them come back and do one additional window weeks later. Highly recommend.
