The project went well, but it took a long time to complete. We were told by the salesperson that the whole job, which involved new appliances, reworking some cabinets, a new countertop, and an extensive new backsplash, would take about 3 weeks to a month. That was a little overoptimistic. We got started in early January and were finished in mid-July.

All that said, it was an okay experience--and for a kitchen project, I'd consider that praiseworthy. We had to re-do some of the work on the cabinets and reorder a retrofit cabinet door that wasn't properly measured, but for the most part, things moved along, generally in fits and starts, but a lot of that was attributable to COVID--lack of people, lack of product, terrible delays in key pieces of the project, particularly a new oven/microwave, which was ordered in December and wasn't installed until early August.

The people at TCHR were all really nice, pleasant to work with. And the price was very competitive. Our main contact, Paul Thomas, was great. It was clear that he was spread really thin, but he worked very hard to get to us when he could, and his work was excellent. I'd definitely recommend these folks. Good people.

Twin City Home Remodeling replaced all 20 windows, which were original windows in our 1961 house. They also replaced the front entry door and screen door. We couldn't be happier with the windows, front door, and screen door that were installed by Steve, the installer. We were also very impressed by the painting of the wood trim around the windows, which was done by Jason.

We were very happy about the time it took to complete the project, which was less than 9 days total. Our entire experience with the company was exceptional, including Joe the owner, Steve, Jason, and the rest of the staff. We will hire them again for our future remodeling needs.

Wonderful. Twin Cities was able to be flexible with the schedule. Our baby came before our materials were manufactured. They were able to delay us to a better time. They completed the work slightly ahead of schedule. The work is fantastic. We only had a few guys in and out and they clearly did not cut any corners. The bathroom looks beautiful and the rest of our house stayed relatively dust free. I used them in the past for basement windows and I will use them again in the future for a kitchen remodel.

I worked with Joe and his team this spring to install windows, paint, and carpet. I absolutely loved working with them. Buying an older home had me nervous but his experienced team made sure everything went smoothly. My father-in-law was so impressed he's starting a project with them as well! Vintage 1960s bathroom remodel. everything was replaced with the exception of the toilet which was reused. This was a very successful project and I need to make sure to comment on the professional and skilled work of Jack, (of all trades), pun intended. His commitment to making this project a success was greatly appreciate along with his skills in the area of electrical, plumbing, tiling, painting and customer management.

The level of detail specifically on the tile work is amazing. I'm not sure I would ever have the patience for this type of work however I can visually appreciate the beauty once everything was completed. Working with the Twin Cities Home Remodeling team, sale to completion was a pleasure. It is apparent that the team is a balanced and happy group and this is reflected in individual positive/helpful personalities, talent and regard for understanding the customer.

I would share that I found this to be above and beyond my expectations. Jack was a very easy person to have around and I never once felt awkward with him being in the house while I and my pets were present. Everything just flowed so nicely. What a great experience! They installed 13 new windows, a patio door, and a front door with sidelite with beautiful products and amazing workmanship.
