In the beginning. Years ago when Tina and Tom Branch started their own garage door service and installation business, their biggest obstacle to success wasn't technical expertise. Tom had been successfully installing and repairing residential and commercial garage doors and openers since high school, and had been taught by the best in the business.

Recently one of our commercial customers came to us with a problem. There commercial trucks doors and floors were getting old and in need of replacement. A truck door and a garage door run on the same principals of pulleys and leverage so no problem. With a bit of research we began replacing the floor boards and now we are remodeling and fixing many of the trucks for our commercial accounts.

I bought a door opener through home depot along with an install. I was called by Garage Door Professionals. The installer, "Logan" was absolutely amazing. You don't get service like this often, but Logan was informative, efficient, professional and above all else. incredibly kind and friendly. Incredible experience from start to finish. If you have an issue, this is the company to call.

My mother, Rose Kosturik in LakeRidge Falls, asked me to share her recent experience. Logan addressed a service call for her disabled garage door opener. As it turns out, the spring was broken. Logan had the repair completed within 30 minutes and was extremely polite and accommodating. My mother was very appreciative for his service.

Backed into my garage door this morning at 7:45. Garage Door Professionals were here at 9:00. Even though I was sure I had destroyed the door, they had the door repaired (looking like new) and a new opener installed before 10:30 at what I felt was a fair price. I would never use another garage door company but do not have the intention of repeating the process

I have been trying to get ahold of this company for over a week now to get updated information or replacement parts for a garage door that slams shut once it opens half way. You would think this would be somewhat important considering the safety risk it presents. I have left multiple voicemails, sent emails and even tried calling the manager but to no avail.
If there were any other company I could go through, I would. I do not recommend contacting them if you have an issue with their product, it would take less time to just buy a new one and have it installed.

Our garage door broke during the late afternoon- Ms. Tina answered the phone right away and was able to give me a quote on the phone after I sent her some pictures of the damage. They were at our house within 90 minutes, found the issue right away, and fixed the door, and even fixed an issue I hadn't called about with no extra charge. They were upbeat, professional and friendly. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I highly recommend them!

Logen did an excellent job for replacing our old garagedoor-opener. I got the appointment yesterday by the office of Garagedoor Professionals after I ordered the installation at Home Depot a week ago. I don't know why it took so long to get the appointment, but after I reminded Home Depot by phone everything worked out well.
