All Pro Remodeling

We have been shopping for a Patio Cover for about 6.mos. now called All-Pro they were so helpful on the phone. Today Mervyn came to our home to help us with the design of our new Patio cover. He was amazing! Told us all about the company and the worker's and the quality of the product. We were so impressed by Mervyn he was just a joy to talk to. We felt like this is a company we would like to work with. Can't wait to get my new Patio! Thank you so much Mervyn you were outstanding!

Great communication. They have been very helpful and personally take the time to make sure everything is great. Will do business again on future projects. Eric and also the owner, John, are all-pros in the remodeling business! Their employees are very professional and friendly too. Also, they are helpful in providing advice as well!

Just a heads up for anyone needing a new patio cover. We had All-Pro Remodeling from Tustin do ours and it turned out absolutely beautiful. We were impressed by their entire team from Greg (sales), to Eric and Abraham (in their showroom), and finally the one man dynamo Douglass who did all the construction-- an artisan with great attention to detail. These guys are knowledgeable and top notch! If you want it done and done right-- call them.

The All-Pro team installed a sunroom and patio cover for us. The work was complete about a week before Christmas. The week between Christmas and New Year we experienced fairly heavy rainfall. The rain turned out to be fortunate, as it exposed significant leaks in the sunroom. I contacted All Pro right away and to their credit, during a time when their offices were closed for the holidays, they responded within a couple of hours and assured me that someone would be out as soon as possible to look at the situation.

True to their word, someone was at our property the first Monday of the new year prepared to make any necessary repairs. They shored up the seals on a few joints where the caulking pulled away. A few days after that, it rained again. And again, we had leaks in the sunroom. During the next service call, after inspecting everything and running a few tests, we discovered the leaks were caused by the porous properties of the stucco on the main structure coupled with the design of the wall the sunroom connected to.

As it turns out there was much more than this going on that we found out later. I can imagine at this point they could have walked away and said "not my problem" but again, to their credit, they came up with a solution to the problem. The day after this work was completed it rained and the leaks were as extensive as they were before. I contacted All-Pro, and after digging into the work actually performed the day before, they admitted that due to internal miscommunication the work that was done was not the solution they had devised. Again, they stepped up and a crew was back at our property to perform the work within a couple of days.

Once they got into doing the work they discovered that the problem was more extensive than first believed as a result of incorrect repairs performed by a different contractor years ago. Again All Pro stepped up and corrected those issues along with installing the necessary material to correct the originally identified problem. The work performed was much more than they originally planned and took a lot longer I'm sure.

It has rained a few times since the work was completed and so far there have been no leaks! Through every step of the process All Pro was nothing but professional. What led us to choose All Pro originally for this work was how prepared the salesman was to answer all of our questions during the initial consultation. He left with us a packet that included copies of their contractor's license, insurance, brochures on the sunroom and patio cover, and a stack of references.

All Pro drew up all of the designs and walked the plans through the permitting process with the city. The work included running electrical from the panel to the new structure, something that was not offered by other companies we talked to. They installed ceiling fans, a wall A/C unit we had suppled, and dog door. The material used in the sunroom and patio cover is first rate and met all of our expectations.

The crew performing the installation was very professional and did great work. In any project like this there are many opportunities for something to go wrong and you can only hope that you've chosen a professional organization that will push past the obstacles with the least possible inconvenience and one that is committed to their customer's satisfaction.

All Pro is one of those teams! If you are considering any remodeling project I would strongly recommend you meet with them prior to choosing a contractor to do the work. Thank you All-Pro!

After many months of estimates and checking references, we decided to go with All-Pro for our patio cover because they consistently provided communication, flexibility, and value. Everyone involved (Mervyn, Eric, John, Sebastian, Duke, Bob, and others) was professional and the project went very smooth. The cover has only been up for a week, so we shall see how it holds up during rain and Santa Ana winds. We look forward to enjoying our new backyard!

I called in about a defect in installation. End cap came off because it was not put in correctly. They told me to call back in 3 month as no on was available.

We normally don't put reviews, but this time we wanted too. Because we had a great experience with this company. 100% to detail, no extras added, great team of employees. We recommend this company for any kind of work.

APR removed our old patio cover and allowed several weeks so that we could paint our house before installing the new patio cover which was done very well. Highly recommend using their services.
