It really was a pleasure working with Washington Energy Services on my existing Diakin system. Gabriel provided very through information regarding the existing system and options available to make more efficient. Bryan and team did an expert job on installing the Daikin One thermostat for the system as well as performing a full system test to ensure all was working as it should be. The Washington Energy Services team spends the time and effort to ensure what they are recommending is the right solution for the home owner.

I used Washington Energy Services to replace my furnace and install a brand new AC system for my 1970s era home. Compared to competitors, WES did the most robust intake process by listening to what I was looking for and assessing my house for what would be functional and effective. From there, I was only met with professionalism with everyone I interacted with from the in-office staff to the installers. The installers were on time, communicative, professional, and left my house cleaner than they found it. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been emailing multiple energy contractors trying to find those who have availability within the time frame I need. This company couldn't even give me basic information because I refused to give my specific address and only the city before having the information I needed. I refuse to work with a company that can't even give me the most basic information in an email And instead tries to pawn me off on calling their call center to be 'handled' by a sales rep.
I don't need to be sold on the project I'm trying to bid out I need contractors that have the ability to communicate effectively and timely. I have run contracting businesses for more than a decade and would never treat a potential customer the way they did. >>>>> RESPONSE: Apparently nobody within this company can understand what I was asking for.
I had never refused to do and in home inspection for my estimate. I refused to give out the address until the company could provide me with some basic information about themselves. The response given to my review only further proves that they never actually understood what I was asking for in all of my communications.

I requested online an appt for an estimate for AC/Furnace replacement. After a couple of days I didn't hear back, so I called the main office and was able to get an appt. The tech arrived and provided good information, including a wait and save option. He was professional. When he left he said that he would email the AC/Furnace options within 24 hours.
It's been 12 days and I've received nothing. I emailed him, no response. I emailed the main office, again, no response. You wasted my time and your technicians time. Ignoring potential customers must be a new business model I'm not aware of.

Look up reviews for other contractors, there are better. I had WES come out to get a bid in December, 2020. Salesman Tyson W came out 12/15/20 and gave us an estimate. He asked what our lowest bid was and then made one that was lower than that. We decided to go with WES and emailed him after the holidays to move forward. Tyson then said that he quoted us incorrectly and that the bid was no good for the work we actually needed done and that the cost would go up $900.
We applied for an energy loan with the city that was already in process so we agreed to the increase so we could get installed quickly as we have no heat. He sent us a new bid, we were approved for the city loan and then Tyson and WES stopped corresponding with myself and the city. We tried to email all the people who were on correspondences with the city, Kelly C and Jerusha B, and none of them replied back to us.
We have cancelled our contract with the city with WES and will be choosing another contractor. I am disappointed that we wasted so much time trying to work with WES and delaying the install. I would not recommend their services to anyone. If they are willing to ignore a $13,000 sale then I am glad to know upfront that they don't respect their customers instead of finding out after the install knowing they possibly would ignore or delay needed maintenance and repairs. Learn from my mistake and save yourself a headache.

I was extremely pleased with the installation of new front doors which are beautiful. there were s couple of glitches, but I was informed each time & the company more than made up for them. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, considerate, and very professional. I would go with WES again and have already recommended you to others. Everyone who sees our new doors are complimentary and I'm very pleased with the efficiency they have brought. No more drafty breezes coming in. They fit into a tight space perfectly. Thank you for caring!

I am not one to write reviews but you should be aware of the craftsmanship that you will receive from Washington Energy Services. Our house needed to be resided as we had the old recalled LP siding. The salesman was nice and to be honest was the best part of the experience except I am a little disappointed he never came back by to see how the job went.
After all he is the one representing the company. From there it just never got any better and to be honest it was worse than I thought it really could be. I own a commercial construction company so I know about best practices in construction and warranties. Well, the issues started off where the siding and the vertical trim boards meet and we had gaps from 1/8 to 3/8.
I met the PM and the job lead at my house to discuss the issue and I really got excuses why it happened and that James Hardie's best practices are just a good guide on installing. Just so you know I am pretty sure James Hardie would disagree with the PM's conclusion on James Hardie' best practices for installing their product! Well after I reminded him, the PM, that it was Washington Energies reputation on the line he proceeded to agree that the siding needed to be fixed.
And they did to their credit. I was disappointed on the last day the crew was in a hurry to get home for the holiday weekend and we cruised around the house as a quality check. Keep in mind that we walked on the ground and we have a two story home. A week later my wife and I painted the roof fascia to match the new trim before we had the gutters installed. Well, I found a whole roof line that wasn't caulked and loose siding.
They said they would come out and fix it and make it right. They did come out and installed the screen door and were to finish caulking. We were on vacation when they came back to fix this issue. Today I got out my camera with a mirror lens to check to see if they actually caulked. Well they did not! I am tired of managing this project for them. I am apparently quality control for them and for them to follow best practices.
If you have had quotes for James Hardie siding replacement then you know how much this costs and for them to not manage the project is a disgrace to their company and reputation.

We had a ductless system installed and an electrical panel replace. From the salesman to the installers the whole process was excellent. They answered all my questions and had excellent suggestions for my particular install. In the end they were spot on about the system. Its quiet and keeps the whole house cool. Washington Energy Services is great to work with I would recommend them to anybody who needs any kind of hvac work done.
