Needed two new glass panes, including the door, for my corner shower stall after the 30 year-old hinges on the old door split and couldn't be replaced. Glass Masters is a friendly family outfit. Very prompt and responsive, with the new custom-ordered panes arriving in under two weeks. They explained the installation options and answered all of our questions. The finished installation looks fantastic and was done for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

Glassmaster replaced seven windows in my home in May. General contractor Ramin Taheri delivered the windows in a timely fashion but he and his crew left me with a lot of clean-up and broken window molding. I had to get a ladder to clean the suction cup marks off the second story windows, scrape sealant off the garden window, found several paper strips in the garden and, most importantly, I discovered two window moldings had been cracked during installation. Ramin agreed to replace the broken pieces as well as send me a statement confirming the 10-year glass warranty but, after two months, he has done neither. He no longer returns my emails and calls. I would caution anyone from hiring Glassmaster.

They are wonderful! They made a large frameless vanity mirror for a bathroom and it looked great. The best part was they fit us in with very short notice over the 4th of July week which allowed us to get our house on the market on time. I highly recommend them.

I called them for a small piece of privacy glass and my experience was terrific! The owner quickly cut the glass for me and charged me what I thought was more than reasonable. Nice guys, quick service- will definitely do business with again.

The price was low to get a lot of glass replaced but the service was abysmal. They measured and ordered the glass replacement and were given a deposit for 50%. The order came to their shop in about a week and they called one morning wanting to start in an hour. Anxious to get it done and knowing it was a multi-day job I said yes. They came several days for part of the day but you never knew when they would show up as they must have been doing other jobs as well.

One worker, Tyler, talked all the time and did as little as possible on the job as far as cleanliness or good customer service. The other worker (Ollie or something) didn't have a clue how to help his partner and would sit around playing with his phone. It was raining and they did nothing to cover the floors, leaned wet glass up against the walls, left sealing they removed both out side and inside, scuffed up woodwork around the glass.

One day after leaving I found a razor blade lying on the carpet. Glass was installed but is dirty and was not cleaned. Very poor customer service and unacceptable worker behavior.

We had a horrible experience with home renovation with glassmasters. Do not do any extensive renovation with them - if you are planning to do a small job such as window replacement, they may be probably "ok". But do not do any major work with them - the work is not professional, no attention to detail (you can see visible mistakes), and rudeness from them. So do yourself a favor and find a better company even if it means spending more money.
