Your company was called the afternoon of Jan 26 and was given an appointment for the next day. That was great and unexpected. Repairman KURT SCHNEIDER called and was able to come earlier than scheduled. He was polite, cheerful, professional, and very helpful. He explained all the options available to repair or replace the door and what each would cost.
Since my son is the actual owner, I had him call and go over the information again with him. The decision was made within an hour the door was working again. WONDERFUL! While he was here, a package was delivered That I was unable to move and Kurt took it for me. Kurt Schneider is an asset to your company: a good person and kind to old ladies. HE is a keeper.

We used Precision at our previous home a few times and they were extremely professional and the quality of their work was outstanding. After we moved into our new home in 2021 and noticed the garage doors could use some maintenance, we immediately thought of Precision. They came out the day after we reached out. Derrick, the technician, was a great communicator and very professional.

No issues at all with Precision Door. Jacob did a great job installing our new garage door opener. The only issue I have is my 2018 GMC Terrain Denali uses Homelink to program the new garage door opener and our Lift Master model is not listed yet on the Homelink website because is is to new of model LOL. I put in a request to Homelink support but no response so far. Thanks for the great service. Kevin F

We had called a different company first for our door spring repair and after 3 weeks of excuses and the runaround, we decided to go somewhere else. I found Precision online and when I called, they were able to send a tech out the next day. Not only did he come out but he repaired our door the same day as well! No delays or excuses, it was wonderful. Derrick was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing and was very nice to talk to. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead to anyone wanting quality service.
