Lamont Glass Window & Door - Maplewood & Woodbury Areas

We were referred to Woodbury Glass by our window manufacturer, Hayfield Windows, to have a broken window replaced. We followed their instructions documenting the window that needed replacing. After 4 months, they arrived with the wrong window. I asked if the correct replacement window could be expedited. Woodbury Glass owner, Noah Lamont, blamed us for providing the incorrect information when we had followed their instructions including photos of the existing windows, measurements, and date codes.

There were no errors in the information we provided. Once we showed we had complied with their instructions, Noah Lamont then changed tactics and said we had resisted an onsite inspection when none was ever offered. If it had been, we would have been happy to have them out to our house. Noah has now told us we need to find another contractor.

Woodbury Glass - awesome business! Very helpful, service oriented. I ordered some large panes for custom made barn doors and my installer could not get to my place to install. Noah called and suggested Dean could install.he came out the next day and did a great job! Woodbury Glass definitely goes above and beyond - thanks again!

Wonderful service! Had an intricate glass shelf that broke and they were able to create the exact piece.

Highly recommend -- I just can't say enough about how good they are. Not only quality workmanship, but also excellent customer service, and good pricing. A rock through my front window was a difficult repair because of the grilles on the window. They ordered the precise glass needed, to replace what was broken. But the difficult and tedious part was to remove the grilles from the old glass and reattach to the new glass.

It looks better than new. It was so wonderful to have such skilled workmanship, with good personality, and who took his time to make it look perfect. You can also count on Frankie and everyone there for great customer service.

My glass door was broken from a break-in we had last month. Woodbury glass was prompt in getting us a bid and ordering the glass. When it arrived, they installed the glass immediately. Everything looked as I believed it should, but the installers reached out to me a couple hours later saying they didn't like the fit of the glass and wanted to replace it. Service is one thing, but integrity is a conviction. Woodbury glass is committed to that quality workmanship, even if you don't even notice it!

I have used them multiple times and have had great experiences each time. They are super friendly, and great to work with. Great prices for the excellent work they do. They are able to provide fast service as well which is amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looks for window /glass repairs.

Had a customer take a broken mirror for repair after being damaged during shipping. Replacement was fast. However! Requested replacement single strength mirror. Salesmen (NOAH) stated such could be done. So replacement by other companies for single strength mirror costs around $48.00 total cost for everything. Customer went in and had damaged mirror replaced.

This shop ignored my request to do an exact size & thickness replacement ended up having a charge of 127.48 to replace a $14.00 piece of mirror. The salesperson "Noah" told me the thickness of the mirror required isn't used in that area so they had to use a thicker piece costing more(after being told by email that such thickness could be ordered what a crock of ****.

I wasn't born yesterday and dealt with numerous companies across the nation finding repairs for mirrors damaged during shipping. I have never come across such a shady company in the past 40 years of my business. Be weary of the salesperson Noah at Woodbury Glass. Not an honest person!

Absolutely amazing staff, and beautiful quality mirror. I was buying a reclaimed mirror for a project, and found this place with a quick google search. The cut on the mirror was amazing, and handled with so much care. Great turnaround. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Frankie and Noah were absolutely great to work with. This place deserves more than 5 stars, but this will have to do. I would come here hands down for anything else mirror/glass related I might ever need again. THANK YOU!

Noah, Woodbury Glass, came out to look at my sliding glass door that was giving me problems. Noah was able to do a fix to get me through the winter and gave me several options for the future. Noah was professional, respectful and personable! I highly recommend Woodbury Glass for your all of your glass needs and I WILL be calling on Woodbury Glass again!

The owner was very responsive when I called to obtain a quote to replace broken glass on a patio door. However, (1) they ordered the replacement glass but days went by and they didn't let me know this might take 3 weeks as I waited, and (2) I took a day off work so I could be home for the repair, and they called me an hour before the appointment to reschedule because the repair person was on the other side of town - I said no. Overall not a professional experience.

Many reasons for this review and I will be adding to this review as I see how they conduct future correspondence with me and fix the issue of TWO broken screen tabs which resulted during the glass replacement and re-screening process. I have never been spoken to so unprofessionally from an owner of a business as I did today with Noah.

I was looking for 6 star but looks like 5 star is the highest. This company has the best people there. I hired them in the past and I hired them again to replace my door yesterday. The technician along with the young man he was training was very knowledgeable and kind. They are very detail oriented. Lots of small details maybe he doesn't have to do it that perfectly, but he was willing to take the time put enough caulking and foam which of course is very important.

With this kind of well done insulation, the energy saved down the road for the next 10 or 20 years will be very significant. Unfortunately I forgot to ask his name, but he will come again next week to finish some small details, by when my door will be finally installed. Another detail is, the supporting wood below and along the door was partially ruined by rain water, he was willing to replace the bad part and make everything solid and tight.

He also helped me to divert the rain water on the brick wall which helps to prevent my door trim from going bad again. They are the kind of people really intend to help local residents. Before the project, the owner Noah came to take a look and offered very valuable opinions. I trust his expertise. They do not just meet the expectation, they go beyond the expectation.

In the future I will continue to reply on them to fix whatever small or big project. Actually one of my friends after hearing my experience is also going to contacting them to replace his door.
