I used Slide Right to work on my 4 foot slider. I picked them from their reviews being solid. Replaced rollers, auto closer and latch. Tyler was professional, on time, explained everything in detail. Quality work, all in all a good experience. Highly recommend!

Slide right was the original installer of our sliding door. After almost 30 years, it needed service. Zach came out. He was courteous and professional. He did a great job. Door works like new. Additionally, instead of charging us for a new closing tube, which I full expected was needed, he rebuilt our existing tube for a fraction of the cost.

This company deserves more then 5 starts they were great. The guy that came out to install the self close and lock on our sliding glass door was super professional and very helpful. If you are getting a pool or if you just want your sliding glass door to close behind you I would recommend.

We have a very old patio door that was so heavy and hard to open. I thought about a NEW patio door, but I wanted to first look into some sort of help with the rolling mechanisms to see if that would help. I called Slide Right. The person on the phone was so pleasant and helpful helping me set up an appt on a specific day. The person (Angel) who came to the house was on time, courteous, polite, and so efficient with his work.

Our old, metal door slides so easily now. I still may get a new door in the future, but this buys me some time, and I'm so pleased with how easy it opens now. Thank you Slide Right and Angel.

This is exactly what I was looking for as a pool barrier! Everything was great about this experience. The installer was very prompt and informative. He even gave additional information on code for another door we had that leads to the pool. Really satisfied with this company and the system installed! Highly recommend this company and product!

My experience with Slide Right was fabulous! I live in a high rise building which is challenging to work on sliding glass doors. Wyatt & Roberto were experienced, professional, friendly & knowledgeable. They answered all my questions & were patient since I had to maneuver my pets to accomplish the repairs. Update 2: It's now really hard to open our doors. One of the stationary panels is coming away from the wall so I'll assume Slide Right broke something there. Definitely NOT worth the $700+ we paid. I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Rip off.

Slide Right did a great job with quick scheduling, and a technician that showed up on time and was extremely professional. Geoff went above and beyond in repairing a door with a bad roller, not only replacing the roller but cutting down some wood that was creating problems. He also provided adjustments to several other doors. I would highly recommend Slide Right.

Tyler was awesome. He called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. Loved they showed up in a mask. He was extremely helpful and explained what he needed to do to make the sliding door compliant with local building codes. He explained what else might need to be done if the door was too heavy for the auto closing mechanism to work on its own. Tyler completed his work very timely and I was charged what I was quoted.

Great Job of setting expectations and educating me. Door slides easily with little effort. Tyler came out in less than 10 days as their competition was over 4 weeks out on their schedule. Would highly recommend Slide Right. Great Job Tyler.

We had a wonderful experience with Tyler today as he replaced the rollers on two of our sliding glass doors. What a polite and thoughtful young man. He explained everything to us. He worked very cleanly and neatly. We appreciated everything he did and we highly recommend him to anyone needing slide right doors.

Finally my patio slider opens easily! Slide Right technician RJ showed up on time, masked due to household health issues, and was polite, and professional. Definitely have them on my vendor 'use again/recommend' list.

Caleb was great and fixed us right up. I was afraid I would need a whole new door but he was able to fix it right then and there. All I need was a new screen which he will install when it arrives. Great service and they are not out to get you! I highly recommend Slide Right.

Slide Right did an excellent job installing the slide on our patio. The technician was timely, neat, courteous and professional. He tried to adjust it so that it closed slowly, but after a week or so it began to stick. The customer service rep contacted me immediately and scheduled a return visit to correct the tension. We are extremely happy with their customer service and follow up.

Needed barriers to pass inspection for a new pool build, so I got the slide right contact info from a neighbor who is also building a pool. I called slide right to schedule an appointment to have an auto closer and auto latch installed. Good experience on the phone and in-person. The tech explained what he was doing, answered my questions, gave me some tips, the closer and latch work well. Having Slide Right provide and install the hardware costs only slightly more than the cost of buying the hardware and installing it myself, which I tried, but it didn't work properly (not the same product). So good deal and good service. Recommended!

They were very flexible in re-scheduling our appointment and extremely professional. Very cost-effective solution for auto-closure of our patio door and not very noticeable at all.

The installation person was on time and wore a mask the entire time. Great service and the auto closer on our sliding door is really nice and not very noticeable.

Employees at Slide Right are very true to their word and very customer-oriented. Kaleb went above and beyond the call of duty on a Friday night to deliver the service we needed. He not only delivered quality service, but he also kept us updated as to his whereabouts and ETA. He was willing to reschedule for Saturday (assume he wasn't scheduled to work) if Friday night did not meet our needs, or he would drive 45 minutes Friday night after normal business hours to complete our job.

Either way we chose, he maintained a very positive attitude about our choice--and during the entire time performing the service! Wow. You don't see that very often in today's world. Thank you Slide Right!

Slideright associate Kaleb showed up within our service window and got right to work. He installed our new slideright door closer and pool latch in about 45 minutes. He was quick, clean, and courteous. He answered all my questions, and made our door operate better than it had before!

Update to respond to owner. Funny I talked with two larger pool companies and both said they do not refer your business any longer because of all the issues they have had with your product and customer service. BBB has contacted you also. Great quality safety product that breaks just over a year. Great company standing behind there product too. NOT!

Buyer Be Ware! The Safety product that you thought was a quality product is NOT. Paid $550.00 to have two patio door retractors from Slide Right, 1 year and 31 days ago. One side the top PLASTIC piece broke. Was told your labor warranty ran out 31 days ago, so it is going to cost you 85.00 for us to come out and replace the defective part. Ok I am really sorry to our pool company that we referred Slide Right to, also sorry to the several people that took our advice and had Slide Right install retractors on there patio doors.

I had asked to speak with a manager, told she will call me. I finally had to call back several hours later and ask for the manager, hoping after all the business we gave them they would wave the 85.00 and fix the safety device they installed. Nope, Manager said I will give you 40.00 off the 85.00. What a slap in the face. NEVER NEVER AGAIN

They repaired the track on my grandpa's patio door that two other companies would not repair. The other patio door companies insisted that my grandpa's entire patio door needed to be replaced. He has an oddly sized patio door so we would have needed a customized replacement that would have cost us thousands. Thankfully the Slide Right repairman replaced the track for a few hundred buck instead. We will be calling them again for any future needed repairs

Watch out for their hidden fees! I called and and was quoted a price of $255 the installation of 2 door nobs and hinges so that my home would be code compliant. The technician was great and when he arrived, it was determined that all I needed was a single door knob installed at a cost of $55. What I did not know and was never told, if the work is less than $100, they add an $85 service fee.

So I ended up paying more for the fee to have them out, then in the actual work they did. And when I called to discuss it with them, all they said was "that is our pricing policy." The work was good, but have the decency to be honest about your pricing up front!

I managed to walk through my parents screen door on their patio recently and needed to replace it. I called around to at least 5 businesses for quotes and this place had the best deal, hands down! They also offered a 10% discount if I paid cash (I always ask) so that was a plus! A young man named Tyler came out to measure and discuss color options.

Three weeks later it was delivered by the same tech and looks perfect! Tyler arrived ahead of schedule both times (calling to confirm beforehand) and the office was quick to let me know when our screen was backordered. They are efficient, keep you UTD with changes and provide excellent customer service.

So, I couldn't find the hardware to install myself, so I called slide right. Tech was fine, except the door didn't close on its own if opened past a certain point. Tech said he hates these sliding glass door, they are heavy. Ok, back up a minute, that's all you do. install these self closers. you telling me me you can't get it to work. I ended up cleaning the track, lubricating the wheels, viola. door slides closed. I wouldn't recommend, but there aren't a lot of choices, especially if you are building a pool and the inspector fails you.
