STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY. I would put a zero but yelp makes me put at least a one star. Stay away from this company and don't waste your money. Horrible customer service and communication. What the salesperson explained to me and what he put on the contract were two different things. On 02-08-2022 I ordered shutters and 05-23-2022 they came to install them.
The patio shutters I ordered were the folding back ones, but the salesperson put down slider doors. These doors are big and heavy and just swing around but are not attached to the ground, so I'm concerned about my great grandchild getting seriously hurt and I talked to the AZ assistant fire Marshall because I knew these were a life safety matter and he agreed they need to be removed.
Because I have to close 8 sections of the shutters before I can get out of my home. These shutters should not be installed in any home. My daughter asked multiple times to have a manager call, but no one calls her back. On 06-07-2022 someone called her to "resolve" the issue but asked for money twice, they did say they would call the assistant fire Marshall and call her back. No phone call yet as of today. I gave them plenty of time to resolve the issue before posting but they only care about the money and not customer service.

From measuring windows, providing samples, and recommendations, to the installation, I could not be more satisfied. This company kept in touch and provided expected delivery. The finished product was above expectations. The guys who installed our shutters were efficient and professional. Thank you! I'm calling to get them to measure for the master. I ordered blinds for my house 20 weeks agos. They stated covid related delays, sure I can understand. But on installation day last week some of the blinds came with a random light blue rail. ( See picture)The other blinds that I ordered came with natural rails Grey, and beige. ( works fine with the colors in my house) I really don't like the light blue, and wanted to know why blue was chosen?
The company stated that it is the factory that has default colors for all its blue blinds.( I choose a dark Oxford blue). None of this was stated at the time of choosing my blinds, even called the salesman ( Eric ) and he said he doesn't even know what color rails they use. I asked if I could replace it with another color and they said no since it was the factory and that they delivered what was ordered.

Truely aweful experience. Paid about a deposit, rest to be paid when job complete, waited 4 months for wood plantation shutters, installers arrived, the sliding door shutters were not the right size because Rapid Blinds measured wrong, they wanted full payment despite the most costly part not done, job not complete, I refused. They wanted apx 2k then said to pay 1k but gave no info on install or price of shutter, and that would have me paying for shutters they were taking away due to wrong size.
They were argumentative when I asked for the price of the sliding door shutters. They refused to provide that and agressivly demanded funds. Never acknowledged their mistaken measurement causing problem. Never apologized.bAgain pay remainder at job completion a deposit was paid. I asked to speak to manager who got on the phone and said he did not want to hear me and I have two options: cancel job or pay total price for the unfinished job with no date when it will be done and no refund or price confirmation.

Horrible customer service, delays, delays, and then no apologies. I had them install shutters on about 7 windows. After 1 year, the master bedroom blinds started to come off. I called on March 29th. Was told to email photos. One week goes by then I call. I was then sent a form to sign and pay 125 for a device visit. Nothing after I paid and sign. Then I call one week later (two weeks after my first call) and was told someone will send another form for me to sign, then I'm in the repair system.
I am not told they are 3 weeks out from scheduling. So I spent about 8k, one is falling off a year later, then have to wait two weeks, just to be in the system for someone to schedule me 3 weeks from now, at least. Stay away and go somewhere else.

Rapid blinds and shutters were amazing from start to finish. They communicated very well and fast. Our shutters were supposed to be delivered and installed closer to Thanksgiving. We needed them installed before October 31st. They got it done and the shutters look great! The wife is happy and they beat the competition quote by a lot. Great quality, looks great, fast, nice on wallet. Highly recommend! 5 stars for sure.

Stay away from this company. We had blinds and sunscreens installed by them, the blinds were great but the sunscreens are a joke. They weren't installed correctly and keep falling off because the hardware wasn't installed correctly. They even had the nerve to lie to the BBB in Arizona and say that I used a ladder to remove them myself and didn't put them back up correctly, so it was my fault, according to them.
First of all, I don't even own a ladder and I'm really surprised at how blatantly they lie. I'll never recommend this company to anyone and not to mention, they are very rude. In my eyes as a consumer, the customer us supposed to be right all the time, no matter if you lose a few bucks here and there.

My review is a BIG HUGE ZERO, but this app makes me at least put one. The non communication from this company is horrible. I was told my Arcadia doors (4) blinds would be ready in 2 to 3 weeks got them 6 weeks no communication I had to call multiples to get an update very disappointed. My shutters there were supposed to be 10 weeks will be 16 weeks, however that is a predictions.
The Manager Dan told me on a voicemail not to text my sales person anymore to ask for updates. Who wouldn't work with their sales person to get an update? I would NEVER recommend this company. Very unprofessional and disappointed. I wrote a bad review when the installers came about the customer service not the installer they did a great job. I asked for a discount because of this delay of weeks and I was told no. Horrible business don't use them.

I wish I had read the reviews before going with this company. They have horrible cheap products from overseas which they do not disclose upon selling; and even more horrible customer service afterwards. Now we are stuck with a $1,000 automatic blinds that do not work properly which they want to charge $125 each time for service - along with house full of blinds we are scared to touch as they are fragile and easy to break.
But the most painful part of all this is having to deal with their nasty, vindictive, passive aggressive attitude. We are so done with them. I don't want this happening to others (as evident below) so please do yourself the trouble. It's just not nice to feel taken advantage of by them in our new house.

We absolutely love our shutters. Dennis the salesman was extremely helpful. He gave us advice and feedback other salesman did not, he was not just there to get the sale he truly was there to help us design the shutters to fit our specific needs. The office staff was courteous and informative. The installation team worked quickly and with great detail, they are clearly experienced craftsman. We recently had blinds installed on 15 windows in our new house. The sales process was very easy and the color of the blinds matches our floors perfectly. However the blinds do not hang well. Each window has different tolerances and will not be perfect. I understand that. But since each window was measured separately what we ended up with does not look good.
Unless the blinds are open they look sloppy. Today I was told that's what happens with blinds. We were never told this up front. Rapid indicates they can't do anything to adjust the slats. In addition I was given a lesson in science today when I was told that the reason light bleeds through the slats is because it's sunny outside. I had no idea! Spent a good sum of money and we are not happy.

I contracted to have shutters put in my family room and master bedroom in Feb 2019. The "Sales person" said it would take 6 to 8 weeks to manufacture. I convinced me that I should have the shutters made so that the top would open independent of the bottom which I thought would be helpful even though Im short. Middle of March 2019 came around and it was install day. 2 men came out (1 being a trainee) to install my shutters.
I didnt pay very much attention to their install. I figured they were professionals. When I would ask why something looked the way it did, one installer would always say " thats the way all shutters look" (even though I have shutters in other rooms that looked just fine. Long story short from a cursory look, they looked like they were installed OK. Later, upon closer look, (see pictures), I was horrified to see what they had done to my baseboard. Also, the shutters did not stay open, and to top it off, you literally had to go up and down the shutter to get it to close properly. (See home made 'closer' that they brought me when they came back to fix the mess they made out of my baseboards.
To add insult to injury, upon letting the salesmen know we got into a war of words. He seemed like he could care less if things were corrected (I went out and purchased baseboard so that when they said they were going to 'just caulk over them" I told them to use the baseboard and do it correctly. So if you want quality work and good after care, you may want to think carefully about using Rapid Blinds.

This is our third time using Rapid Blinds and Shutters. We keep coming back to add more because they are that great! Incredible service and shutters! Exceptional service from our initial visit with Dennis. He is always a pleasure to have on our home. He measures quickly and accurately. 6-8 weeks later we have our shutters installed. Again a lovely experience.

Terrible terrible terrible run as fast as you can and don't be suckered by the 30% off in the magazine! The shutters look very plasticky there is light at the bottom and they are very thin. My heart was sad today because I so look forward to nice shutter. Don't know how these people stay in business should've looked on the website before I signed the dots the dotted line. Bad quality, bad customer service and they really don't care if you're happy or not. Hope you get these reviews before you spend your $1500.

PLEASE RUN! FLEE! DO NOT USE this business. Serious ethical issues. False advertising. They seem so nice when you contact them, even when they come to your home but they change contracts, charge you more than quoted, they falsely promise you things then don't deliver on them and then say you're bound by the contract and you can't get out of it.
We have had serious troubles with this company, on several levels. Don't believe them. Please don't trust them with your money or your time. They are not who they claim to be and they are causing my daughter and I an amazing amount of hardship. I don't want you to have to go through all we still are.

I'm extremely pleased with my plantation shutters from Rapid Blinds and Shutters. It was easy to order, the prices were great and the installation went very smoothly. I wish I had done this years ago. The shutters really look beautiful and give me the privacy and light that I want. I'm so happy I ordered more for the upstairs!

I sent an online inquiry and was called the next day by a friendly voice to schedule a free consultation. The salesman showed up on time and gave the quote and recommendations. It was definitely a sales pitch but also not pushy. I decided to go ahead with the order. 8 weeks later I got a call to schedule the install. The installer was on time and friendly and explained how things work. The shutters look amazing and my wife is very happy. 4 stars for customer service and quality. They are more pricey than expected but overall pretty satisfied.

I am shocked at the negative reviews here. I asked about them and the installer said they they went through some changes a few years ago that negatively impacted them. The salesperson was knowledgable and made great, simple recommendations. The install was meticulous and flawless. Along with blinds and shutters, we got a product that I haven't seen elsewhere- sliding interior shutter doors.
They come off the wall about 5 and have completely changed the look of the living room and bedrooms. They let enough light in when it's wanted. I can't believe I spent money on blackout curtains and crappy Home Depot blinds. The cost was reasonable for the product we received. These Yelp reviews made me nervous, but I'm so glad I went with my gut on this one. They have followed up with me to ensure everything is how I want it. I'm genuinely surprised that they don't have more positive recent reviews. Give them a shot!

After the installers seen all the problems with the doors not closing right and said, your salesman should of known to design the shutters in two parts due to the size. The office knows about the closing issues and will have the salesman come out tomorrow from 12 - 3 to see the problem. Next day I called the office after 4 and asked what happen to my appointment with the salesman, the receptionist said sorry but the salesman will not be coming over today the store manger has taken over the case and will review and call me in a few days. "Excellent Service at its best." Tuesday the following week I received a call from the store manger with a cheep fix take it or leave it.
He only offered to fix window 1 only, with two new inner panels. I asked him will that help with the closing and the warping of the panels. He said No, the shutters are 9ft high and thats normal due to the size. I told him I'm not happy these results and if he can come pick up the shutters and repair my walls to original. He said, do to there's nothing wrong with them, the job is complete.
I told him the shutter on window 2 does not even close! He said, "I'm looking at the photos I have from the installers, it looks like closes just fine. I offered him to come see the shutters himself, he said no need to he had photos. I said ok, I'll show people your complete fine job and ended the call with him. The salesman that designed the 9' foot tall shutters should of mentioned that these shutters will not close like the other shutters. I'm close to 60 years old and you want me to lift 9 foot tall shutters to close it.
Now to the "professionally Installers" at Rapid Blinds & Shutters, that forgot to mention we damaged your wall with a nailgun, till I asked them why are these nails sticking out of the wall! The nerve to act like they where unaware of it till I showed them shows the incompetence they had. Then said we can repair it, thats no problem. They repaired it with silicone glue.

I ordered and the salesperson was on time, and very pleasant. I ordered shutters. The installer was on time and very professional. The quality was excellent and was exactly what I wanted. I called a few months later and had the rest of my house done. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because it took 12 weeks, which they did tell me up front.

Our landlord chose this company and after the measuring and things were schedule for installation they were prompt and on time. The installer knew what he was doing. Very professional. I personally feel they do not care about their customers. I personally feel they do not listen to their customers. I feel that the blinds or shutters are cheap plastic junk Off of a boat from China. My wife told them to not cash the check until after she moved funds from one account to another account. After they got the check in their grubby little fingers they ran right to the bank and cashed it.
I personally feel late do not care about their customers at all. I feel that they sell plastic junk. And I would not allow them to place blinds or shutters in a doghouse. I feel that if you live in a house and you do not care what kind Quality you have what it comes the shutters go here if you want cheap plastic junk go to this company. I feel theiy are UN trusting and they suck canal water.
