I am a homeowner, not a big contractor. During a remodel, I shopped multiple stores for purchasing three Marvin patio doors and six windows. All the local lumberyards you would know basically ignored me or wouldn't respond because I was a homeowner, versus a contractor. I know they were busy, but come on. It was maddening. And then I went to Gladstone's, what a different experience.
I worked with multiple salesmen, each took the time to speak with me and answer questions. I got quotes back within days, versus weeks from the local lumberyards. And the prices were very competitive. In the end, I made my purchase with Gladstones. I would highly recommend to others. Great service.

Gotta give these guys mad props for the amazing service they provided as just a prospective customer. I recently moved into a new house that was missing some window hardware. Not only did they take the time to answer my questions about the type of windows in my home, they went so far as to track down the parts that I was missing and provided them to me at no cost.
The staff I spoke with were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I'll definitely be reaching out to Gladstone's Windows when we go to replace our windows later down the road.

I worked with Steve twice this year. First I replaced two very old drafty windows in my upstairs with triple pane windows I bought from them. Steve was great to work with and Geneo how came out to install them was great and did a great job. I was so impressed I talked the wife into replacing four more windows with the provia triple glazed windows that we had upstairs.
We worked with Steve again and he was good for our little job again. And again Geneo came and installed the windows and did a great job on our house on the east side. I took a little bit longer because of covid but I am super impressed. I have seven more to reach and will work with Steve again.

Replaced all our windows with high quality Marvin windows. The product is second to none. The crew was fast, friendly and meticulous. They were in and out in two days. Huge investment and they made it so simple. Very happy with Gladstone windows and the customer service Brian and his team provided. Would highly recommend them if you're in the window market!

I called about a problem with both a window and a door that Gladstone had installed several years ago. A service tech was out within the hour, and quickly fixed the issue. Thanks for your time Mark Collins and all the great advise on windows for my new cabin. Even though my project was in full swing in Minong WI with a different Marvin Dealer, Mark took time to go through my choices with me and make some crucial changes to my order. It not often you find someone so willing to help even if there is nothing in it for their store.

Purchased new side door and windows for my garage May 2016. The door and windows looked fine, except the installer failed to put casing around the inside of door. Shims, caulking, and insulation were left visible. Salesman Mark ignored my phone calls and emails for two months. But after much ado, Gladstone eventually did send the installer back to finish the job.
