I've had a couple pieces of autoglass replaced here and they do a really nice job. Friendly staff and good prices. I was able to get my windshield replaced next day. I paid cash and appreciated the pricing

Not a place you want to need. but when you need a battery at a good price and know they'll support it after the sale; this is the place to go. Great service

Outstanding service. Brought my 30 year old 91' Dodge Stealth in and they were able to quickly accommodate me. I ended up spending less than I thought I'd have to. They went the extra mile cleaning the car of broken glass from the break-in.

I just bought a second vehicle running errands. Was very happy with my purchase. The vehicle had a large crack in the windshield. I was able to use this as a negotiating tool. I expected to pay at least $500.00 for a replacement. I have been very fortunate in the past I have only had to replace a windshield. I used Safelite in 2016 and was a very simple process.

After purchasing this vehicle, little did I know how hard it would be to locate glass for a 2008 Ford Escape. I contacted John through google and to my surprise he had the glass for my vehicle. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 am. John explained to me he was a little behind. I really appreciated his no nonsense explanation. I waited in for about a hour then went across the street and got some fantastic barbecue.

What I noticed the most about USA AUTO GLASS. Is that It Seems that John has a very good inventory if glass and a hard working team plus his prices beat the competition hands down and you will not have to wait 3 weeks to get your vehicle repaird! I went to USA Auto Glass for my windshield replacement. John did a great job. During the pandemic, it was hard for me to find a store that had the windshield I needed in stock. John helped me get a windshield and still kept a reasonable price. Before I leave, They also inflated my tires. I feel they paid attention to the details of their work, the parts and services were excellent value for the price.

Fixed dings on two of my cars already and they look great. Also fixed a loose rear view mirrors on one vehicle.

I had to have my RV windshield removed and re-attached (a rust issue). John did a fantastic job. He took photos during the process and kept me informed as to how things were going throughout the job. By the end of the day the job was done perfectly at the quoted price. Can't say enough good about these folks.

Fixed a rock chip on my windshield in about 35 minutes. They were pretty busy but were able to schedule me for 3pm the day after I called.

Call them to replace my windshield, they gave me the price and said that they will install it tomorrow. Then they said that they don't have enough people and didn't come. It was 3 times. If you don't have couple weeks extra don't call them

I used them to fix my passenger side window that was broken into. The man on the phone was not very helpful and not too friendly. The people who came to my house to fix my window were an hour late. When they came they were very nice and replaced my window which i thought they did a good job doing. Two weeks later my window can no longer operate the down switch on that passenger side, only up or from the driver side controlling the passenger window up and down. I do not recommend this place.

I brought my car in for a tiny scratch on the windshield. The guy there took a look at the window and told me it was just a scratch, no need to replace it, that it wouldn't spread. He very easily could've just taken my money and "fixed" it, but he didn't. He also answered other questions that I had about the windshield and the trim around it. Very helpful, didn't take my money for something that didn't need to be fixed. Would definitely recommend.

I called late on a Saturday afternoon needing 2 windows replaced and got an appt. for Monday morning. John even offered to garage the car until then! I took the car in Monday a.m. and had it back well before I expected. Excellent service, friendly people, fair prices! What's not to love? I am a customer for life and am busy telling anyone who will listen all about the great work and service. (The guys who spend all the money on advertising gave me a ridiculously high quote, couldn't get me in until Wednesday and were very inconveniently located. They could learn a few things from USA!)

I woke up to a shattered rear windshield in the beautiful Seattle neighborhood of Lake City. These guys gave me a ride home, and had a new window on by mid day. They're also a preferred Progressive Insurance partner which worked in my favor. They also did a great job following COVID protocols! Would highly recommend taking your business in to this trustworthy shop.

USA Auto Glass was super friendly and helpful when it came to repairing my rear window. They gave me an accurate estimate the day prior to me bringing the car. Initially, they said it would take two hours to complete the job but they were able to get it done before that. Would highly recommend and will go back if I run into any other issues!

John the owner is always very professional and their work is very good, had some large rock chips and the repair was so good I can't even find where they were. Highly recommend!

They were prompt, courteous, and more than fair on the price. Less than two other quotes, but a decent amount. I highly recommend this place. Jon always answers the phone. They even vacuumed my front floor. They didn't have to. There was no glass, I had my windshield replaced, due to a crack from a rock on the freeway. If I ever hear someone needs glass repair/replacement, I'm sending them there. And I'll return if I'm in need. Wore a mask when I came in, and hand sanitizer at the counter.

I can't say enough good things about this business. To make it concise, they did what they said they would do, when they said it would be done and at the price that was quoted. They are friendly and make doing business a breeze. We are customers for life.

We were visiting Seattle from San Francisco and had our car broken into while we parked at the dog park. First time it had happened to us and in another state, no less. Called several shops and they couldn't replace the window till a few days later, but we'd be long gone back home by then. John picked up the phone and promptly told me he could squeeze me in if I was able to bring it in in about an hour.

This was such great news and we canceled our dinner reservation so we could get this done. Annoying expense but major kudos to USA Auto for being able to take care of us when we were in a bind.

I was off at work at 9 and found my car broken into. - First time ever that something like that happend since I'm in the us and have my license - called usa auto glass, they took so good care of me even tho i was probably acting like an idiot and so out of it because i was so shocked :) process was super easy - just dropped it off 10 minutes after i called to let him look at it, got it back not even 2 hours later and looks like nothing happen to it and like brand new :) good people! I hope i don't need the service in the near future again fot the same reason but if i ever have problems with a broken window again, i sure be back! :)

My car window got broken into twice over the past few months. Called USA auto glass up and they were fixed within a day. They even vacuumed my seats so there's no broken glass. Really nice and accommodating!

Seal on the windshield isn't done like the original manufacturer. Took my car in twice to have it fixed and still seems like I'm driving with my windows opened. My car swerves a bit going 70+ mi/hr. Not sure if it's air retention in the windshield or not.

Go Elsewhere. This place is completely horrible. Check out their professional work. Photos attached. We will be in court soon so if you want to avoid court or disappointment GO ELSEWHERE!
