ADM and Andre were fantastic in dealing with our time issue, and door repair. Andre rearranged his own schedule to work with ours, and had our door installed in a timely matter, and thanks to his experience we have a much better door. If I ever need door service again, I know who to call.

Andre is a good guy and I find him trustworthy. He fixed some issues with my garage doors that were installed by another company and gave me some heads up on things that might need to be fixed down the road. No question, the best experience I've had with any garage door maintenance.

My property manager recommended ADM Garage Doors because my garage door was really old and sounded like a box of rocks when I used it. It literally sounded like it was going to break in half at any given moment. I wasn't using it anymore and fixing my door was a non-emergency situation so we scheduled ADM to come out a few days later. Andre came right on schedule and gave me a quote to install a whole new garage door system including the unit, rails and belt.

We scheduled the install a few days out but then much to my surprise he worked well into the evening and completed the whole job that very same day! His work is professional, he is very knowledgeable and friendly and his service is outstanding. Will recommend him to anyone and everyone that needs a great garage door company!

2 months ago, we hired ADM Garage Doors (Andre) to fix our garage door. He came out to look at it much faster than we expected. He was on time, did what he said he was going to do, was very friendly and personable, and did great and fast work. Everything is still working smooth as butter. Andre is more than competent administratively, a rarity in tradespeople! Andre is NOT the cheapest. However, he absolutely provides the BEST VALUE. I enthusiastically recommend Andre and ADM Garage Doors. I'll call him anytime my garage door needs attention.

Within a few days from my first call to ADM I had my garage door completely installed and my old one hauled away. Andre was easy to work with and my beautiful new insulated garage door glides quietly up and down like a dream. Very happy with ADM!

We cannot express how thankful we are that we called Andre at ADM Garage Doors, Inc. My husband had hired someone else to fix our garage and they did an absolute horrible job.they installed the wrong parts, way over charged us and made our garage door dangerous to operate. I was in search of a hard to find part that the big box stores did not carry, I called ADM and Andre came up with the part and even some advice for belt installation. Andre was great. He was the one who was able to get us new garage doors in a week while a competitor was 2-4 months out. Andre did what he said when he said he would do it. He was efficient, clean and detailed. The job looks great and we are really pleased.

Had a great experience with Andre from ADM Garage Door Company. First, he helped me out over the phone and gave good advice and direction to allow me to troubleshoot the problem. Turns out I needed a new wire run between the opener and the wall switch. Made an appointment online for him to come out. He showed up on time, completed the work quickly and cleanly, and then he even lubricated both of my garage doors. I would highly recommend!

Andre was a lifesaver for me because the garage door spring was broken and my tenants could not open the garage door at all. Andre came out to the house on a freezing cold day, just as it was getting dark, and right after Christmas! It was a very old garage door assembly but Andre knew exactly what he was doing, and he had the new spring installed in very little time. My 23 year old crusty garage door opener finally died this weekend in a poof of smoke so I called Andre Monday morning, since I already had him repair broken springs in the past and was impressed with his workmanship and promptness. He showed up Monday afternoon (yes, same day) and installed a new QUIET Linear 800-7 Belt Drive w/battery back up. It has a smooth start and stop.

Who knew a garage door could be so quiet? He made adjustments to the existing rails and brackets. Not only did he do a wonderful job for me, but he was very friendly and has a great attitude, plus a good sense of humor, which we all need right now. I have already referred him to a neighbor who needs some adjustments.

I called Andre because our garage doors were having problems opening and closing. He came out the next day, gave us a short-term and long-term options giving us just what we needed to make a decision. This is our second time using ADM. Each time he came out right away, arrived on time, had the necessary parts to finish the job the first time & offered ways to educate ourselves on how to take care of our garage door for long lasting use. We also found the cost to be very reasonable. We would use ADM again.

After having another company come out and tell me that my entire garage door and all comportments needed to be replaced, I called ADM Garage Doors and asked for a second opinion. It turned out I really needed some bearings and brackets replaced for a total of about $300. Andre came the same day and did a very professional job. I also had ADM change my garage door opener because the one I had was 20 years old and was very noisy. Again, Andre completed the replacement same day and did a very professional job. I had previously priced the garage door opener elsewhere and his prices are excellent compared to other pricing. I would recommend ADM to anyone needing repair or service.

Andre did a fantastic job from start to finish. I had an old door that wasn't working right and wanted to replace it. I had something specific in mind. He spent a lot of time researching and locating what I was looking for in the best price and availability. He also laid out all of my options, no pressure, on the motor and the rest of the door.

He had a better price than the bigger companies I called and gave me more options. On the day of he did a great job installing the door. Gave me a run down of all the operations. I went with a special door with a tinted glass. It turned out and runs great. Won't go anywhere else.

My neighbor who's a senior and a widow, called me yesterday to tell me that her garage door was not opening and she could not get her car out. She was asking for help so my husband went to assess the garage door to find out she had a broken spring. We called Andre on her behalf, and not only did he answer his phone promptly, he made a point to get her taken care of promptly that same afternoon. He also provided her a great senior discount! I will be referring him to friends, family and all of my real estate clients.

Andre was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We called him at 10:00pm with a broken door.he actually answered the phone and was quite happy to help us! He came out the next day and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. He's now our "go to" guy for garage door issues and maintenance. We're very happy to support a local business!

For the record, I did not end up using ADM's services since I had an emergency that needed immediate attention and Andrew was not able to make it. However, he referred me to two other guys who are more local who could! Great customer service!

Great service and fast response. I came home at night and our garage would not open. I called at night and Andre picked up right away and was able to diagnose that our springs had broken just over the phone. He gave us a quote after i sent some pictures and he was able to come out the very next day and fix the problem. Quick response and was at my door within an hour from first call. A quick assessment proved that the springs needed to be replaced. Andre took care of business in a speedy professional manner and kindly explained how to do my own bi-annual maintenance to avoid needing service outside of motor or springs going bad. Much appreciated.

My first experience with Andre was fantastic, however, this week not so good. My garage door would not open yesterday at 7 am. I followed the instructions on his message, and was able to reach him. He explained to me why he could not do a service call yesterday (due to the smoke, schools closed), and we agreed on him adding me to his schedule next week. That's when he stopped responding to calls. I have an appointment with a competitor on monday morning at 8 am.

I called late Friday afternoon because one of my photo sensors got knocked out of position. Andre spent a generous amount of time explaining how to fix it myself and what to look out for. He was friendly and good humored, knowing he was talking himself out of a job. That kind of service deserves to be rewarded.

It's always a pleasant surprise when an owner of a local business responses to a quote request in the early evening on a weekend. My garage door decided to only open up a couple of feet before stopping. Maybe if I owned a clown car, this would only be a mere inconvenience, but in this case, I had one car stuck in the garage until the situation was fixed. Andre gave me a call within a few minutes of my quote request and asked me to shoot over a few photos of the garage door and springs.

I had initially hoped it would only be a balance issue, but clearly one of the torsion springs had broken. Along with a quote that was in line with my expectations, Andre sent me a link to a page on the company's website on the types of springs he uses. I was able to schedule an appointment with a two hour arrival window. I had the option of an emergency appointment, but was fine with scheduling an appointment the next business day (Mon-Sat).

I was given a phone call to confirm I was home as he was leaving to my location, which I appreciate. The new springs were installed, door balanced, lubricated, tips on when/how to do it myself in the future, and door travel adjusted. All done in about an hour, priced charged as quoted. Local business that I'm totally satisfied with.

Spring broke on our garage on New Year's Day. Was pleasantly surprised that the owner took my call on a holiday. He even offered to come out that day to fix it. We ended up scheduling an appointment on the 3rd. He was on time and fixed the problem quicker than expected (30 min). This guy is local and provided very good, personal service. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
