Pinon Window & Door

We have used Pinon Window and Door for two new housebuilds. Their product is great and Rebecca and her team are terrific to work with. All of our windows and doors arrived on time and Rebecca was very reachable and responsive to our needs. We chose the Anderson 100 series because they look good and fit our budget. We ended up using black frames on the exterior and interior, and they look stunning. I would highly recommend Pinon, and would now not use anyone else.

I called Pinion Window & Doors on a recommendation from a friend. I was having trouble closing my windows in a bedroom. Rebecca set an appointment for me at 10:00 AM on the next Thursday. Sean the window technician showed up 5 minutes early and went right to work, he explained to me what he needed to do to repair them. I gave him the go ahead and he repaired the windows.

Perhaps Best in city for quality. Walnut, Pine, Cedar doors/window sills. Small outfit yet high in quality. Get a house? Get them for windows!

They repaired my rear sliding door lock. Work was done expeditiously and the work was a quality job. They also repaired the screen door. But I had to go pick up the screen door myself. It took a couple of months to get it fixed

Their tech did a good job of fixing our rear sliding door. Fixed the screen as well, but it took two months for them to get a part they needed to repair the screen. Had to find the store and drive out to get it. Had a difficult time getting the screen into the van.

This is, by far, the best window and door showroom we've been to in Albuquerque. Not to mention, the customer service is top notch. They are super knowledgeable and very helpful. They don't just try to sell you the most expensive products, but they give you honest advice from first hand experience. We are going to be building our house and windows have been a long process because I want to make sure we get the right products for our forever home.

Luckily, I was looking for a particular sliding door and their business came up on Anderson's website as a place that sells the door. Thank goodness! Definitely check them out if you're in the market for Windows or doors.
