I have used Arrow Garage Door three times in the past 20 years. The last time he charged me $175 to replace a capacitor in my door opener. When I asked him why the price was $90 more than the previous time for replacing the same capacitor, he dismissed my question by saying that I have my facts wrong. Last year he charged my neighbor $250 for replacing two torsion springs. Today, I had my two torsion springs replaced for $185 by another outfit (that is highly rated on Yelp), plus they also replaced my lifted cable that had snapped and didn't charge me extra. Will never used Arrow again.

Thank you Doug! Not sure what happened in Sandy M's case but we are minorities and had nothing but great service from Doug. Called him that morning and was able to come squeeze us in between appts the same day. Another company was going giving me a quote of almost $200.00 for a job that took Doug 5 minutes to do and for almost nothing! Very professional, quick and knowledgable. Great job Arrow!

This guy is an Ass. He was so rude! to my mother and I and he referred to us as "you people" He's clearly a racist. And I wouldn't recommend his Ass to anyone. He yelled at us and slamed his tools on the ground. I was very happy to see him leave, and we kept our cool because were better than that. He doesn't even deserve one star!
