My wife and I are very pleased with the work that was done on are patio ceiling by We Fix Ugly Houses. They were very professional and the person they used to perform the work was also very professional. We would recommend them to anyone that are looking to get any remodeling done to their home. Found this company at the Home Show last week and scheduled an appointment for a roof estimate and new windows. They general contractor did arrive on time and spent about one hour discussing projects with me. Contractor did not do a physical roof inspection, relying on Google Earth for roof measurement and condition. When I looked at my property on Google Earth, the photograph was two years old.
The verbal quote i received was $1500 more than two estimates from actual roofing companies. The contractor also stated that Cascade Windows was used for new vinyl replacement windows. Checking various sites online for reviews for Cascade and shingle products revealed poor / mediocre reviews for each. When i called the contractor to let him know I went with another roofing company he didn't ask the reason behind my choice and hung up on me. RUDE!
The only reason I gave two stars is that the office staff were very nice and accommodating. If you work with this company, be aware that you are working with a general contractor and subcontractors. Warranty and other issues could get sticky.

From the first time they came out to give us a bid on our remodeling projects, until a week later when they finished the first project, we have been very pleased with their service. They are professional and treated our house.and cat.as if it were their own. I could tell that Bob took pride in his work. We paid attention to details, was on time and cleaned up every day when he was done. We will be contacting them again for future projects.

These guys did a great job on some remodeling projects at one of my rental properties. The kitchen came out fantastic and the bathroom remodel was incredible. Easily adding so much value to my property, it was totally worth it! Service was professional from start to finish! The finished product was so nicely done that I may even move back into my rental to enjoy it! Great job We Fix Ugly Houses!

Gregg our salesman was very professional. We took a very long time to finally decide on a company, and after getting several estimates we went ahead with our kitchen project. Workers were always here on time, finished the job in less than 3 days! This included removal of cabinet doors, and all drawers. We had to call them back to adjust some of the doors that were opening too wide, they promptly took care of it.
The only issue we had was the communication from the person answering the phone, she would forget to relay messages to the workers, so it would take a few phone calls from us to make sure she had relayed our messages. This is not an inexpensive project, , but it is well worth it! Love my new white shaker cabinets!

I hired "we fix ugly houses" to remodel my kitchen, a full remodel. We did new cabinets, new quartz countertops, and a beautiful wood looking tile. I could not be happier with the outcome! Professional from start to finish. Alex came out originally and gave me a great price. I worked with their designer Lena who really knows her stuff! The crew that completed the work was very diligent and clean.
And to top it off management was there if my wife or I had any questions or concerns the whole time! Definitely using again for my next project! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good, honest, professional contractor!

Let me start by saying i work for We Fix Ugly Houses as a sales / design consultant. I recently had a client who wanted all new windows and doors installed in her home. She also wanted to redo her kitchen. She got a bid for windows from another company. We were able to do both projects for just a little more than her window bid.

Found them online and had an estimate come out for my kitchen and shower. The visit and measure went very well. They pricing was fair and decided to move forward with WFH. The work was completed in a fair time frame. We ran into some structural issues but they took care of them for me and I'm very happy with the work and detail that was put in. My wife loves the shower and kitchen. She now loves to cook for us. I will call him back for other projects.

AMAZING! Working with this company was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I had my kitchen remodeled and floors throughout the house tiled and I am ecstatic with the results. They went above and beyond to make me happy. They brought in professional and licensed people to do all of the work and they were all courteous and did a beautiful job.
The work was done very quickly (within a few weeks); they wasted no time in making my kitchen and floors everything I imagined plus more. They managed to give me everything I wanted while staying within my budget while using quality materials. Everyone I worked with from this company has been kind and helpful. We met Tiffany at the Home Show who scheduled us an appointment for an estimate very quickly. Then, John who was very knowledgeable, showed us samples, and was great to work with by making me feel confident that this was the company I wanted to work with. Jesus was our project manager and we recommend him 100%.
He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the results. I was able to text him with any concerns and he would address them almost immediately. He even came back to help us move our furniture back as a favor. I guarantee this is a one of a kind company. We plan to hire them again for the exterior of our house.
