I've found my "forever" garage door repair company! Right from the start Carol was very patient with me while I tried to measure a spring so she could provide me with an accurate cost. I must have called her back three times and never once did she make me feel like I was a bother. She was so helpful and kind. The technician, Brian was able to come out the same day and replace the springs on my garage door. Brian was very professional and equally nice! Not only do they provide great service, their prices were also very reasonable. I would highly recommend All Pro Overhead Door Systems.

Our garage door spring broke around 7pm with both vehicles inside. Called All Pro and they had a technician out the next morning (the morning after we had an all-night freezing sleet storm which ended with a morning snow fall of a few inches). I screwed up my garage door by trying to force it closed. Door was off the tracks on both ends, the bottom of the door was touching the floor on one end, and up 12 on the other, a cable was off the track, etc. Got a quote from a different company, and the guy didn't sound like he knew what he was doing. Overhead Door Systems came out, and looked at it.
The tech gave me a price to fix it, but said the repairs could be less depending on how much work was needed (he couldn't really know until he got into the project.) It was in the ballpark of what the other company had quoted me, which is what I thought it would cost, and was prepared to pay. He was able fix it in about 20 minutes, without using new parts. Tightened the spring on the door as well, so it would stay up.
The cost was a fraction of what he quoted because he was able to just fix it without using new parts. Door works perfectly. He could have taken advantage of me and charged me four times as much, which was what he thought it might cost. He could have taken advantage of me. Great company, and they care about the customer. Give the guy a raise!

All Pro is an Excellent Company for Sales AND Service. I had a need to replace my 2 car garage door. I called 3 different places and found Joe at All Pro to be the most professional and accomodating in knowledge and price. His price was literally half of one of my estimates and $200 less than the other. The color is a perfect match, they made the appointment, delivered and installed the door the next day!
The installer called ahead before coming, was quick, neat, professsional, cleaned up any mess and the work he did was fantastic. Gave me some tips to watch for in the future, to maintain the door, as well as, used WD40 on the track to smooth the lift. The door is BEAUTIFUL and so much quieter! This company even installed extra bracings for the quieter lift and to guard best against wind damage at no extra cost. Further, honored a competetor coupon for an additional $10.00 off the installation.
I felt I got everything I was looking for and more, dealing with thiese amazing people at All Professional Overhead Doors. Their name totally fits the quality service they provide. ALL PRO!
