If you are in need of commercial door repair, this is your company. I should have reviewed them a year ago or so when we had an unfortunate break in at our shop. The thieves screwed up our large metal door with a crow bar. Called the door company first thing in the morning they had someone out immediately and were able to replace our back door that same day.
Fast forward to today. our front door hinge snapped, the brace was imbedded in concrete. Called the door company and someone was out within an hour or so. They were able to re hinge the door a different and better way within an hour. From the folks who answer the phone to the folks who came out to do the repair, I couldn't be more satisfied. A+ all the way around.

This company delayed our project for 5 weeks after taking my deposit. Then after two Week of cashing my check for the final payment they would not give me a receipt and said they called their attorney to send me to collections. I told them I have the proof they cashed the check. They still have not sent me my paid in full receipt!

After many positive transactions I called in to follow up on a service call done 4 weeks prior. The service tech said he would be back out later that week to install the parts needed to allow our front door to opperate again. I wound up speaking to Don Frick last week and he told me that the service rep and over stepped his bounds and that He would have Eric my salesman follow up on the quote.
When I spoke to Eric He told me we needed to put 100% of the money down when the estimate says 50%. He said it is because they have to order parts. Told him about my conversation with his manager Don in which he stated they could use in stock parts and would be no problem to get us fixed. He started yelling at me because I had spoken to his manager. Followed up with Don and to my shock was basically told to take my business elsewhere and that his stance came from the owner!
Basically waited around for over 5 weeks to get our work done only to be told we can't or wont do it. Glad to have a multi year relationship ruined due to poor, unprofessional attitudes and people not doing what they said they would do!
