Stansell was amazing. Kind, professional, timely, reasonable price. I appreciated that they were willing to communicate with me via text and email (a big deal for us millennials). We were in the process of remodeling one of the rooms they were replacing windows on and they were able to make the schedules work with our other contractors. The new windows are beautiful and make a huge difference in the light and temperature of our home. Leslie even brought muffins and a poinsettia gift for us during the install. Before we had to use two people to open a window and prop it open with sticks, now our windows glide open like magic. Thank you Stansell!

Our office door broken a few months ago. Stansell was very upfront about the costs and that it was going to take 6-8 weeks to get the parts because everything is currently on back order. As soon as all the parts came in, I got a call to schedule my repair. The team showed up and got to work immediately. They fixed the door and cleaned up all of their mess. They were incredibly professional and very nice. I will definitely use them again!

They did a great job of ordering the right glass for my 30 year old Millgard window. The glass came in and so we brought it in and they fixed it while we waited. It looks and works great.thanks!

Again, yelp to the rescue. We moved into a new home and found that the window above the shower let the neighbor have a view of our bathroom. Decided on frosted glass of some sort. Went in and spoke to Kathy the receptionist who was ever so helpful and Dan one of the owners. They helped me pick out some glass that would work with smoked on one side and frosted on the other.

I tried to see in and it was perfect. They ordered the glass, telling me it might be a few weeks to install since they were booked solid. Not a week later the glass was in and there was a gap in the schedule big enough to let them come and do the work. The installer came, masked and kept social distance. Would recommend them any time.

Working with Stansell Glass was the absolute best decision we made in our remodel: our windows have completely changed the look and feel of our home for the better! We initially only contracted Stansell for our back side windows, but after see the professionalism, timeliness, and customer service provided, we went forward with replacing the windows in the front of our house with Stansell as well.

When we first started with quotes, Leslie came out and provided a quote almost immediately. We live on a ravine so our back-side windows are extremely difficult, but the Stansell team was incredible and completed our entire back-side in less than 3 days. After deciding to move forward with the front-side windows, they immediately ordered the windows, and because it was only a 1-day job, they were able to fit us in quickly once the windows arrived, although they were almost a few weeks out.

During every project at our home, Leslie always came by with treats for our dogs, flowers for our home, and an afternoon chat: definitely a company that does customer service right! We cannot recommend Stansell enough!
