Called Kinney Works, to replace 6 custom wood windows with true divided light. I was so pleased with John's customer service and the quality craftsmanship. The insulator Joesph surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend this company!

I am very pleased with my door. John was so helpful with making a purchased glass door work in our space. It took longer than expected but so worth the wait. The guys who do the installation we neat and asked questions before doing anything that was unclear. We had the distinct pleasure of working with John Kinney and the crew at Kinney Woodworks LLC on the replacement of original single pane double hung wood windows on our century old Federal style home. We discovered Kinney Woodworks after meeting with several other well-known window companies, whose windows were not compatible with our home. John's attention to detail and appreciation for the style of the home and the windows enabled him to design and construct wood windows which, while virtually identical in appearance to the windows we were replacing, are more energy efficient and operate more smoothly and easily than the old windows.

The installation crew of three were very professional, adjusted the new windows to fit 100 year old frames and left our home and the outside areas neat and clean at the end of each day. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. The windows were constructed and installed on the schedule that John had proposed. We will call upon Kinney Woodworks again for window work and for the eventual replacement of our century old front door and highly recommend Kinney Woodworks LLC.

It was my pleasure to work with John Kinney of Kinney Woodworks when I decided over the summer to update some aluminum windows on my 1910 North Oakland Craftsman Bungalow. From materials and craftsmanship, to communication and project execution, I had a very positive experience, I absolutely LOVE my new windows and door. The install team, mainly Franko and Carlos, were so considerate, especially working in our house during the pandemic.

I was fortunate to find Kinney Woodworks to replace the windows in my 87 year old Spanish style home. Other places I contacted lacked the experience and expertise in replacing wood windows. It was absolutely no problem for John and his crew to procure the intricately cut glass, machine the necessary decorative wood pieces and install everything in a timely fashion. The insulated windows make a huge difference in terms of temperature control and look fantastic.

Kinney Woodworks made two replacement divided light windows and 25 registers for our house in a very timely and cost effective manner. The quality is impeccable, they use only top quality wood. They were much more organized and cost effective than the other shops we looked at. We have had other replacement windows made previously by others, but this experience was super. The previous work was fine but not timely and very expensive.
