Great place very knowledgeable and honest they adjusted my garage door and is working excellent, highly recommend.

Their red truck advertising Automatic Garage Doors is always parked in Brisbane's town bar lot for hours. I'll call another company.

We have done business with Automatic Garage Door several times over the last 7-8 years. I own a business that prides itself on customer service. We have had amazing experiences with them, and recently they really helped us out of a jam. Our main door broke, we had a couple of other companies look at it ( I was away or I would have just called AGD) and it's amazing the different things people will tell you when you are in a jam.

After telling the other companies that they were crazy, I called AGD. Lorianna remembered our shop from years back just by the address. She shared my frustration over the two BS quotes we got and Mark the owner showed up ten minutes later. Mark wasn't even able to help with the problem since the motor was a commercial product so he called a friend that owns a commercial company.

Mark made sure the guy was going to take care of me and wouldn't take any money from me for his time (I am not suggesting he will do free stuff for you!) Great customer service, great people and a company that is helping San Francisco function!
