Staff are very honest and knowledgeable- they were able to repair a shade of mine for $25 within an hour, when I was quoted over $100 and a two week time frame from a big-box retailer. Although I didn't need to purchase any new shades from them at this time, they've earned a loyal customer in me for the future.

I had 4 windows fitted for blinds. The representative was very thorough and showed me many options. I loved the blinds! After a while, I decided that I would prefer to have the window wood frames showing. Even though this is irregular, the company cut them to my specifications with no additional charge. I'm very pleased with how they look and the services provided.
