We had 14 windows put in and the all look great. They were done in a day, cleaned up and were pleasant to have around. I thought I was going to have to do a lot of touch up painting outside but won't have to do any. Jeff did a great job of explaining how everything worked and communicated through the supply chain issues. We are going to have a french door put in later this year and will be calling them for sure.

Windorco did an excellent job of replacing another company's windows that failed after a few years. At the time we remodeled our home, our architect wanted to use a mid-west brand of windows. We regret going with that recommendation and wished we would have purchased locally, specifically from Windorco. They thoughtfully problem solved, fabricated the replacements, kept us informed, and the installers were very professional. Highly recommend this local small business.

Jeff (co-owner) was wonderful to work with. He was patient, accommodating, and responsive. He spent a lot of time helping me choose the right windows (3 visits before I ordered windows). I replaced my vinyl windows on the main floor (11 windows) with wood windows. I am very happy with the windows - aesthetically and performance-wise. The price was also reasonable - considering I got wood windows with sound-dampening glass.

His crew was very accommodating and patient as well. They cleaned up after themselves and they didn't damage or scratch any wood floors. My only complaint was the caulking - some of it was messy - but Jeff had someone come out and fix the caulking in a timely manner. I do suggest you handle putting up window coverings and alarm sensors back up yourself. Overall, I was very pleased with the service, the workmanship, and the price. I highly recommend this company.

The team arrived a bit early and ready to work. They were polite and worked great as a team. They did an excellent job of replacing my windows--so much better than the previous company that replaced my windows. I can't believe how great my front room looks with the new windows--it's like a catalog photo. I'll definitely hire them to replace the other windows in my house.

Our condo project has consistently recommended windorco to do repairs and window replacements. On a recent project the workers parked their work truck in the driveway blocking access to our garbage collection and generally in the way of residents. After being asked by both the homeowner and the board to move the truck to the street the driver and worker flat out refused to move and continued to block the driveway for most of the day. Its the type of attitude I don't think exemplies quality workers. While some won't care Windorco will no longer be used as a recommended supplier.

We have an old house and needed 9 windows replaced, including 1 large 3 panel, 2 door side panels, and 6 basement windows. Getting an initial estimate was easy, and the installation process was expalined to us in detail. We needed some of the windows in obscured glass and liked their options. The installation was done in good time and completed in one day, as expected. The fit and finishing of the new windows looks great! We highly recommend Windorco and would definitely use them again!

Jeff and his team at Windorco did a great job replacing our old single paned windows. They are extremely professional, conscientious and respectful throughout the ordering and installation process. They have an excellent product, comparable to other window places but the ordering and installation took 8 weeks start to finish verses some other places that said it would take 6 months. We will definitely work with Windorco again.

I hired Windorco to replace 11 old wood and aluminum windows in a 1940s home with vinyl. The order process is old-school and pretty much done by phone. Greg and Jeff were friendly, knowledgable, and open to indulging my many questions as a customer who didn't know a lot about replacement window options or brands. Prices were very fair compared to the quotes I received.

You will happily not pay a premium for tv commercial marketing or extensive overhead. But at the end of the day, the most important thing is the quality of the product and installation. The windows, PlyGem, are great - a significant improvement over the old, drafty, single pane ones I had. One window had a minor manufacturer defect that the crew, not me, noticed during installation.

They later returned to replace the defective piece without me needing to deal with the manufacturer, which was nice. The installation crew had 3 guys, efficient for the number of windows. I'm a perfectionist and I have high standards with the work done on my home. The installation, trimming, and caulking was top notch - it was evident that they took pride in their work. All in all, I'd certainly hire Windorco again should the need arise.

I recently had 3 windows replaced in my condominium unit by Windorco and am very happy with my experience and the result. The installers were efficient, kept the place clean and did a great job installing beautiful windows at a reasonable price. I chose the company (with Jeff Staat as the point of contact) based on the recommendation of our former condominium president who has used Windorco for other buildings he manages and was happy with the result. I'm happy to recommend them and would use them again.

We bought a house a few months ago and several of the windows had gotten a little cloudy over the years, so we planned to replace some of them. After doing some research through Yelp, Google Reviews, Better Business Bureau, and AngiesList, we settled on Windorco Supply because they had by far the best feedback and were located close to us. We reached out and Jeff was very responsive and able to come take a look at the windows right away (prior to the COVID-19 shutdown). Jeff and his team identified which windows had actual issues as opposed to aesthetic (cloudy glass) and helped us figure out which ones to replace.

We didn't know anything about windows and he helped us save a bit of money by not needing to replace everything, which was great. We even added another window which started to condense after the initial measurement, and someone from Jeff's team was able to come out and measure without needing to come in the house, like a ninja. We waited a bit for the replacement per the state's guidelines during the COVID-19 shutdown, but once it was safe for his team to distance from us and wear masks, they were able to replace 9 windows, 4 skylights, and 1 sliding glass door, all in one day!

We feel a lot better about the integrity of our skylights now as well as one window which had a mold/buildup issue, and we are so happy to have worked with Jeff's team. It was all very easy. My cat is happy with clearer windows too. :) Next time we see condensation in the windows we will be sure to reach out to Windorco again.

Needed to replace a bistro table glass top so I started with the local Ace Hardware. They couldn't cut round tops so they recommended Windorco. I was not expecting a window company to cut a custom table top but when I called to ask, the answer was "sure, I can do that". Today I picked it up and it was perfectly done to my custom specifications.

And because the quoted price did not reflect a recent price increase they ate the extra $20. I really appreciate the product quality and turnaround time, and especially not having to pay more than was quoted. I hope if you need windows or a custom glass project you will keep Windorco in mind.

I am thoroughly impressed by everything Windorco did from providing a quick e-mailed estimate to coming to my house to asses the window pane I needed to get replaced to the installation process. Everything went smoothly. The two installation guys hustled to and from the truck when they needed something and operated like a well-oiled machine. They called when they were on their way and made quick, professional work on removing the old window and installing a new one. I highly recommend this local company!

This company is well-organized, efficient, and hard-working. We are getting ready to move and needed to replace 5 windows in our home in a timely (speedy!) manner to allow time for painting and trim on the exterior and interior. Jeff responded quickly to my email request, came out immediately for a quote, made a reasonable estimate for when the windows could be installed and in the end they were ready earlier than expected.

We had water damage to the window sill and they replaced the wood there as well, which rested my worries about finding someone else to do that part! The large team of installers worked quickly and installed all of them in one day. The widows are beautiful and their professionalism is very much appreciated. Fair pricing as well! Jeff did a great job getting me the replacement windows for my condo unit. I had a problem with size in the bedroom window and Jeff was willing to work with me to make needed adjustments. I had 20 various sized window panels with failed seals in our 19 year old vinyl windows. After getting an online quote from a Portland company, I contacted Windorco. After giving the dimensions of the exact same "insulated glass unit" to Greg, he came back with a quote that was substantially lower than I got from the other company. I decided to order my 20 units from Windorco. Greg and his son Jeff were great to work with.

They do it the old fashion way. By phone he reads back every dimension to double check that the measurements are exact. The "other guys" online specify +/- 1/16" which is ok. However, these panels are absolutely dead on. The quality is fantastic. Jeff and his crew helped me load and secure my windows from their shop. You can see the pride they take in their work. These guys were absolutely great. I was in desperate need of replacing a window.much delayed maintenance. I called them up and got a call back within a half hour. I, of course, being me, couldn't wait for that call so drove up. Jeff was really cool and said they would figure it out and get it done before my house went on the market. True to his word.he did and the installers were great. Josh realized that the frame of the original window was doing something not so good and fixed it properly before installing the new windows. Very happy and had I known how easy the process was I would have fixed a long time ago! Thanks so much!

That's right, I do think this window company is as good as it gets. I emailed the company with window measurements and they were able to give me my quote via email. The next step was having Jeff come by to take final measurements. Perhaps it was the following morning Jeff sent my contract and that was when I accepted the quote. I paid half down and the other half after the windows were installed.

Two weeks after I signed the contract we scheduled the install for the following week. Two men arrived exactly at 9am (the time scheduled) to install the windows. This was the morning after a snowfall so I assumed they may be late or cancel, they did not. The guys were very polite and not too chatty. It took roughly a little over an hour per window.

When the job was finished they cleaned everything completely, demonstrated the locking system on the windows, collected the final payment, gave me a receipt, and took off. I would absolutely use this company again for any window needs.

We replaced a sliding glass door and I was a little put off because they couldn't send me images, or direct me to images online of the door we were talking about. Still, I went through with it. I have to say, what was delivered and the quality of installation was worth the faith. It is a solid, high quality door custom made for my space and the installers were prompt and efficient, and yet took the time to do everything right the first time, even post install clean up! If they could provide images in advance to ease my mind before signing up I would have given them full stars.
