Outstanding service. Their prices are upfront, without any BS sales and gimmicks. They gave us free same day estimate, with same day service. Their staff from the phone to their techs are friendly, professional, and on time. I placed a phone call at 220pm, by 630pm I had an entire new unit, with sensors, outside keypad, and remotes programmed and set to go.
In today's world, customer service is becoming a thing of the past, these guys are the exception. I am more than pleased with the service I received. I will definitely recommend their company to all who are in need of garage door needs. The bonus in it all? We're supporting our veterans who've always supported us. Great job all the way around. Veteran Garage Door Repair repaired our garage door spring. Excellent service! The technicians called us before our scheduled appointment time to see if it was alright to arrive early. Once they arrived, they assessed the issue and gave us our options. They were very efficient in getting the job done. Once they fixed the spring, they made sure everything was working properly.

We were having problems with our Garage door opener. We called Veteran Garage Door. They responded promptly and came next morning. Jordan was the technician. He was Competent, fast and friendly. He did the job and explained all the details to me. I was very satisfied with his service. When I called for service, their staff was friendly and gave me clear understanding, as what to expect. So, I got home from work on Friday around 04:30pm to discover my garage door was struggling to open. Like most homeowners, I don't know much about garage doors, more specifically when they aren't working as they should. I attempted to diagnose the problem myself and after disengaging the garage door from the track on the garage door opener, I figured the spring had broken since the door wasn't very easy to open by hand. I contacted Veteran Garage Door Repair and was pleasantly surprised to have someone actually answer the phone considering it was just a few minutes from when a lot of businesses would let their calls go to voicemail for the weekend. The representative I spoke with took my information down and said that they would forward it along to their dispatch / repair tech team and I would receive a call back. Sure enough, one of their guys called me back within five minutes to talk through the issue and schedule an appointment to diagnose / repair the issue for the following day (Saturday) between 12-2. So, Saturday comes along, and I receive a courtesy call at noon from the repair tech saying he was on the way. He arrived around 12:30pm and told me pretty much me what I assumed; the spring was broken. The tech had the parts on hand and had the repairs done within about 90 minutes. I won't mention the price I paid in my review for a couple reasons. Although I will say that the cost was slightly more than I was expecting, it wasn't nearly as costly as I thought it could have / would have been. Secondly, with this problem coming up on a Friday evening and to receive next day repair on a Saturday, I was more than happy to pay the price that I was quoted. I wasn't about to call around to other companies to comparison shop or even worse, watch a bunch of YouTube videos and try to fix it myself.
All in all, I am 100% satisfied with my experience with Veteran Garage Door Repair and would recommend them to anyone. They did an outstanding job from my initial call to when the repairs were done. It's refreshing to know there are still businesses out there that follow through with what they say and take care of their customers.

The spring broke on our door. The service was scheduled for my convenience. They did EXACTLY what I needed. They called when they were 20 minutes away. They arrived on time, had the needed parts, the tech was professional and went straight to work. He replaced both springs and 10 wheels. He tested and inspected my door and was finished in an hour and a half. I will certainly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I had a spring bust off on my garage door. I typically like using veteran owned businesses to support them. I had a man named Martin Muranio come out and give me a quote. A week later I went through with it. Very respectful and professional. They came back to adjust the door also. Definitely recommend!

I had difficulty with my garage door for around a month. The technician from this Company was prompt and proficient in his repairs. The situation was back to normal once he programmed a new remote. I can report that the door functions better than it did previously. Jose (tech) has been really helpful and professional, and I wanted to express my gratitude to him personally. Sam, the technician, showed up on time and told me why I shouldn't try to install my own garage door spring. The pricing was really reasonable, especially considering the warranty included with the spring and installation. I'll call them to install a fancier garage door when I sell my house. Service and price are unbeatable. This spring may last for many years. Thanks guys!
