Communication was great and the tech was friendly, professional and efficient. Came out same day to see if they could do the repairs. Unfortunately I required a custom-cut spring. So a replacement had to be special ordered. But the tech had all measurements done in minutes and had the spring ordered immediately. Two business days later, they had the replacement installed in 40 minutes.

I don't want to set high expectations for these folks but here is my experience. My garage door opener stopped working early morning, so I called around to get pricing and availability from several companies and they all were about the same price range. However, these guys were able to get the job done that day. Once I agreed to move forward, I started getting texts from the installer on his ETA, but he actually shows up early and finished the job in no time and did an amazing job. Really happy with the customer service.

Great and Quick Service. Had a spring break last night. Called this morning and within a couple of hours, Thomas had the springs replaced and my garage door was back up and running. Everything was perfect and they did an awesome job. Only down side, they accidentally got some grease on the garage floor, I unknowingly stepped in it and tracked it inside on my new carpet *Thank you! I'd recommend this company! My springs broke on a Monday, I called ABGD out and they were at my house within an hour. They sent me quotes and gave me options within the next hour. On Thursday they sent me a text on their arrival, understood I was in meetings, and got their work done! They were easy, well priced, and a dream to work with.

I called on Sunday afternoon that my garage door spring had broken. First thing Monday morning I got a phone call and was told a tech would come between 12-2 to assess the repair. The spring was replaced and the door was tuned up and adjusted by 2:30. Michael was prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. A Better Garage Door is in my contact list now!

Michael was very knowledgeable, kind and informative. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Came out and completed the work on the same day I called. Very refreshing after the run around I received the day before from a competitive company. Michael quoted the cost and exactly what he was going to do. He installed a new garage door motor and cables.
He also installed a safety cable on the springs and new pulley wheels for the door cables. He didn't charge me for those. The other company couldn't even give me a quote on site. Valerie and Bendy are so happy!

We experienced a problem with our garage door opener and had a car trapped in the garage. We called "A Better Garage Door", they sent out their technician Michael. Michael made it out the same day he informed us after looking at our old opener that they didn't have parts. There were no parts for an opener as old as ours so we had to replace it. Michael told us the options and we chose a Wi-Fi unit.
He told us it would take about an hour, he was done with everything very quickly and it works perfectly! He changed out out everything the opener, the key pad, the sensors at the floor and the inside wall button. Thanks Michael. I would recommend A Better Garage Door, and Michael, if you need anything done with your garage doors.

Michael came out and within 2 minutes was able to show me what the problem was. He completed the work quickly and gave me a heads up on things that might happen in the future but never tried to sell me on anything that wasn't needed. Super friendly and knowledgeable. 10:42 Garage Door Spring Broke, Called Mike, left message, 10 mins later Office Gal (so sorry I missed your name) called back and I told her about the situation and she said she had Thomas in the area and would text us around 1330. Thomas text at 1331 said he was enroute. Thomas had all the springs and cable on his truck, the job was finished in no time at all.
