Communication was great and the tech was friendly, professional and efficient. Came out same day to see if they could do the repairs. Unfortunately I required a custom-cut spring. So a replacement had to be special ordered. But the tech had all measurements done in minutes and had the spring ordered immediately. Two business days later, they had the replacement installed in 40 minutes.

Hello, Micheal was very personable and professional. We had a broken lift spring on the door. He had the parts on the truck. He explained the cost which was reasonable and we had him go ahead. He installed them quickly and efficiently. It looks like he's done it once or twice. Micheal also reprogrammed the lift motor to run more efficiently. He knew his stuff and we will definitely be using this company for any further work.

Called wed morning after our garage door just stopped working. The pin came loose and dislodged the arm from the chain. I was told someone could stop by later that morning. Showed up fixed the simple fix did not charge. They are an awesome company. I would recommend them to everyone!

I Highly recommend using A Better Garage Door! I called for someone to come out, and was scheduled for the next day! The technician, Tom, was courteous, on time and explained clearly what was wrong with my garage door, which was having issues closing, had noisy rollers, as well as a gap in the bottom corner where light was coming in. He fixed everything! My garage door now closes quietly and efficiently - it is amazing! I will definitely use them again!

Our garage door "broke" snapped a bracket at 9:30 at night. I was able to manually close it but just barley. Once closed, I could not open it to get any cars out. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to send out a tech between 8am and 10. Tom showed up just after 8. He was able to repair it and make all necessary adjustments. More than reasonable prices.

We were ready to pay for a whole new garage door (it is an older unit). Everyone from the woman who took my call, to Tom were professional and courteous. Highly recommend using them and we will only use them in the future. We do plan to replace the door with something more aesthetically appealing. Thank you! Life saver.

10:42 Garage Door Spring Broke, Called Mike, left message, 10 mins later Office Gal (so sorry I missed your name) called back and I told her about the situation and she said she had Thomas in the area and would text us around 1330. Thomas text at 1331 said he was enroute. Thomas had all the springs and cable on his truck, the job was finished in no time at all. This is the second time that we have called upon this company. The first time was for the installation of new garage door opener 8 years ago (which still works perfectly) and then this week, a repair on the wall switch which got fried when the circuit had a power surge. What was remarkable is that I called first thing Monday morning and was told the repair could be done that morning. It was quickly fixed for a very fair price. I absolutely recommend this company.
