Outstanding all-around. Put in an online request for service and in less than two hours they had responded and completed the service. Trevor was awesome- he explained what the issue was, how he fixed it, and how to prevent/correct it in the future. Price was fair as well. Highly recommend!

I'm happy with the service we received! I called Overhead Door for maintenance because our garage door was extremely loud when opening and closing. It turns out they were available to come out same day. Trevor rebalanced our door, replaced some screws, greased up the mechanisms, and cleaned up our sensors. The price we paid was fair and there is a warranty on labor. I would use this company again if we have issues in the future with our garage door. Thanks!

Vonceil was perfect from start to finish. I wasn't aware a certain distance into my garage needed to be cleared. He worked with me moving things out of the way, most notably a large stack of wood. Trevor came out to fix the spring he also replaced the piece on the bottom of the door. I had someone answer the phone on Sunday and it was fixed in 24 hours after I called. What a great company. Excellent service and customer care. I called them on Sunday, their technician came Monday, fixed the garage door and replaced the remote control immediately. I called them later that day because the sensor stopped working, within half hour Bill the technician showed up and fixed it for me. Their professional attitude and straightforward pricing were impeccable.

Vonceil arrived on time and with a smile on his face. Our door was hanging by two threads and he resurrected it and and made it fully functional. He worked diligently and cheerfully all afternoon and we are very pleased with the results. He left everything better than he found it. Thank you so much!

Mike, our tech, was incredibly great. He called us to alert us to the fact that he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem (a broken spring) within seconds after entering the garage. He estimated that he would be able to complete the repair in about an hour, which turned out to be quite accurate. He displayed a high degree of professionalism, competence, and efficiency.

In addition to the repair, he lubricated the hinges and performed preventive maintenance. In addition, he was friendly and pleasant. He even charmed our puppy! Before he arrived, we were feeling quite desperate. An hour later, the problem was solved and we were feeling relieved. The price was very reasonable - especially for an emergency repair at 5 pm on the day before Easter Sunday. My wife and I are very happy customers.

Scheduling was easy and they were incredibly flexible, patient, and understanding when our plans changed last minute and we needed to come up with a back-up plan for scheduling our service. They were able to accommodate my schedule and come on the day I was able to work from home! When the technician arrived, he was very polite and understanding as I was on a conference call at the same time. He took care of my requests efficiently and easily (reconnected my keypad and linked the buttons in my car to the openers). When I had a follow-up issue, Justin was super-responsive.

Sam was absolutely fabulous. When he first arrived, he thought he was going to have to order a product and then return in two weeks to fix our garage door.
