BNS and Owner Stav are consummate professionals. We remodeled our home and the garage door was going to be a big one. Our contractor referred us to Stav and he has been a dream to work with from day one. He is punctual, creative and offered great value for his services. We ordered our garage door months in advance. Unfortunately, our project was taking longer than expected, but Stav was patient and accommodating.

Install was quick and painless and the set up is great. A month after install, we had an issue caused by us late at night (whoops) and Stav was there within an hour to fix it. We liked his work so much that 6 months later he fabricated and installed a custom 2 door swinging gate for us. A couple of reasons we were blessed he was our guy. 1) In the initial construction, he recommended we put a wire under the driveway concrete before pouring in case we wanted to do a gate (we weren't planning on it but thank goodness we did). 2) The driveway is steep and not very easy to design a gate around. Stav came multiple times to assist us in planning and came up with a fantastic design. Thank you so much!

Called BNS about our garage door not working and possible replacement door. Stav was willing to go far from his home base, which was much appreciated. He arrived on time, assessed the door and equipment, and advised that the system needed new springs only. We replaced those and he threw in a free additional garage clicker. My dual gate LiftMaster motors stopped working. The controller circuit board is loaded with LEDs. A complex system. Stav of BNS in Woodland Hills ran the diagnostics and determined an obstruction in the safety beam transmitter and receiver. That fixed the problem. He also looked at the two large batteries, due to be replaced this year. They need replacement every 4 years.

I asked him to install new batteries now. Stav is clear in his explanations, listen to the customer patiently and I am an engineer with lots of questions. I strongly recommend his company and services.

My garage door had finally failed and since I was in the middle of working on multiple projects, I needed it fixed in a hurry as well as for a reasonable price. I called three different garage door businesses and Stav (the owner) was the only one who was personable, respectful and knowledgeable over the phone. BNS did a fantastic job. Stav installed my garage door about a year ago. A month ago I had a problem with the motor that stopped working and Stav replaced a part in the motor. It didn't help much, so he managed to convince the company to send me a whole new motor. Now it works GREAT. I called BNS garage door and Stav came out to give an estimate. My door looked pretty awful. It was off the rails. He gave an estimate that was much less than a previous one I had obtained earlier in the day from another company. He fixed my door in about an hour and I am completely happy with it. Stav arrived when he said he would, was polite honest and capable. I wish I could give him six stars, this was one of the best home repair experiences I have has in my 40 years as a homeowner.

This owner is the greatest installer I have come across. He even came back with a newer unit but not want to charge me. He is going to be my installer from now on. I lived here 44 years and have garage openers install and springs but he did the best job.

Used this company last December (21st 2022) and realized I forgot to write an outstanding review. Stav was very efficient and knowledgeable, he also explained parts of the gate to me. I keep notes on how to program it so when we change cars I can do it myself. He treated me with respect and didn't mind my questions. I called him today because nothing was working he mentioned 2 things that might cause the problem.

But buy wiggling the power cord and opening up the box it fixed the problem. I so appreciate him being willing to a) take my call and b) tell me what it might be. We will use him next time our LiftMaster Elite gate fails.
