Window E-Store

We have placed two orders through the staff in Austin, Texas. Both times they were easy to get in touch with, knowledgeable, and extendedly helpful.

I wish I could included photos because oh my goodness are these windows amazing, I've been the talk of the neighborhood since I put them in. My one complaint is that the bezels are actually 3.5 not two like I said, but I ordered them a little bigger than what was needed, and they are leagues beyond my old windows. You can not beat windows of this quality for the price that they offer. I will be using them indefinitely in the future.

We purchased two windows for a remodel. The customer service and quality were outstanding. We are so pleased with the way our remodel turned out.

The windows looked great but wasn't as I expected it on the STC rating part of it since I live right next to the airport and did emphasized during my quoting process. And one of the window that is a single hung keep having rain water sit inside the sill creating a pool until it dries out on its own. But overall, I am still happy for these windows. Derek replied really fast and quick and with patience on every issue or request.

He is really eager to help me resolve any concerns and problems that I have and throw at him. And his crew has the best customer service to all the contracting I've dealt with this ADU project. Even that he is out of state to my project, his responding rate and resolution are far better and exceptional compared to my local contractors! Their website is the most friendly and quick simple quote that I didn't have to WAIT for a service quote to get back to me like all other window companies and still getting my requests incorrectly.

I love their website quick quote features and the amount of optional features to my desire. They really held my hand through the entire measurement process and making sure it's correct. And my order actually came not only on time and actually arrived 1 full week early. Just as promised delivery date! I will definitely order from him on my next future projects but will persist for his tier 3 window quality.

The WindowEstore is as easy to order from as all the other reviews say. The online order portion is very clear and self explanatory and if you have any questions you can call and someone will explain. After ordering online someone will call and confirm all the aspects of your order to make sure it is correct, and then you wait for the next call saying your windows are ready for pick-up at a local center.

Online order was easy. I had a question about the grid and called up, they were just going to call about my order, and they could accommodate the grid pattern I needed. Excellent customer service, and will buy from again in the future. Now awaiting an email next week for my window shipment to my desired pick up location. Thank you.

Wow, Derek Baker with the windowestore was absolutely AMAZING! Found out about this store on a blog. The ordering was simple. The product arrive on the scheduled date. With the help of the measuring tips, all the replacement windows slipped right in. The manufacturing was spot on. I am VERY satisfied with the quality of these windows!

Great customer service, windows arrived quickly, and great quality windows. We replaced 7 windows in our home, using a mix of replacement and new construction windows, slider and picture windows. We took on the project ourselves and Window e-Store was very helpful in providing help with the measurements and installation procedures. We were looking for a no-hassle buying process to upgrade our ~50yr old windows without spending a ton of money.

Window e-store fit the bill perfectly and we would definitely use them again. The windows appear to be high quality and made a drastic difference in the drafts and outside noise in our home. We ordered the EcoTru trim model and the finish is as expected for moderately priced vinyl windows. The only complaint is some excess vinyl shavings leftover from the molding process and visible seems in the vinyl frame. But these very small complaints are covered by your window trim anyway. Overall, we highly recommend Window e-store.

I was surprised at how easy the ordering process was and I gave the exact measurements I needed. I figured I would have to add shims to make them fit. The order was delivered on time and they were exactly the right size. Once I got the old window out after 1 hour of prying and banging the new window went in effortlessly in under 15 minutes. I will get all my windows from Window e-Store.

Window e-Store is one of the last up front, respectable businesses in operation. From the start everyone was extremely helpful and willing to do whatever they needed so I could figure out what window I was going to get. And by everyone, I literally mean from the the very top, starting with their president Derek, all the way down to the CSR's.

After helping select the window I wanted, we placed the krder and it took about 2 weeks for the window to get made and delivered. I recently got a large section of my house done by Renewal by Andersen, I was looking to finish my house up and stumbled on Window e-store. I was a little hesitant at first but after receiving the window, I definetly made the right decision.

For nearly 1/3 of the price, you cant go wrong with these windows, they look really good, they're made with tempered glass, and have 2 window locks for added security. Literally everything I wanted for windows on my first floor. Now that I got the one window installed and checked it's quality, it is time to order the rest of the windows for downstairs. I ordered replacement windows for nonstandard-sized rough openings. I followed their instructions for measuring replacement windows and they made the windows to the exact size ordered. I asked for delivery to a local warehouse and it was a good experience. Windows received are of high quality and ready for installation. Customer service was great and they kept me informed of all the details for my order. I was able to get the windows that I needed ordering online and saved a lot of money by doing the installation myself.

I ordered a trial window to replace a single pane window from 1950 in my kitchen. It took a few weeks, but I brought it home at 9:30 this morning and I was done with the whole job by 11. Removing the old storm window mounting screws was the longest part of the job. It literally only took 15 minutes to install the new one. I still need to do some molding around it, but I'm very pleased with the product.

Way easier than going through a big box store, and saved a ton of cash by installing it myself. I'll definitely be ordering more windows as I can afford it to replace all my old windows

I was tired of my butt freezing every night in the livingroom, so I finally said enough was enough and did an online search for home replacement windows. I quickly placed an order over the phone with Derek Baker. Derek was very thorough in helping me understand more about the type of windows they have to offer. He walked me through in selecting the type of window I needed to get, even though my window was a custom-sized order.

Since the width of my window was below what was available for selection on the pull-down menu, he had to use another program in their system to fill in my order. Overall, the over-the-phone experience was great. Derek has a cordial attitude and makes you feel comfortable over the phone. This is far one of the best phone orders I've placed in over awhile. Having someone who is an expert about the product and can get you the item you need is a major plus. Derek also mentioned that their manufacturing facilities are all located here in the US, so no need for long lead-times on orders.

My custom window will get here shortly before Christmas and I can pick it up at the local warehouse in San Jose. Thanks Derek! I wish I had used them for replacing all the other windows in my home instead of the ones I purchased off of Home Depot.
