My husband was contacted by Home Renew through Home Advisor for a consultation. The contractor that showed up late was Brent. We were needing our back patio closed in. My husband was at work so I attempted to the best of my ability to explain what we wanted in detail. As he took notes he noticed we would need to update the roof, he then proceeded to ask if anyone else had quoted us on it.

When I replied no, he said well its roughly going to be around 35k for a new roof and for the enclosure. Not sure why it was his business to ask about other estimates. I then asked if he could look at our master bathroom for an estimate which he replied, "What did you win the lottery or something?" I was actually shocked but calmy stated no "We are hardworking people from Texas just trying to update our home." I felt like this was extremely unprofessional and I wanted the consultation to be over right then.

In my opinion it seemed that Brent was saying, we shouldn't be able to afford this house or renovations just by my appearance. He went on to look at the bathroom, writing down the details of what I wanted and told me he would email the estimates to my husband. It's been three weeks and of course he never emailed anything. It's a shame that this company has so many great reviews but that just wasn't the case for us.

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate on siding repair or replacement for one side of my home. Home Renew called to cancel my appointment because they are "too busy." The person who called said I should "call a handyman". I was prepared to have one side of my house resided. Very disappointing experience. Update: Owner called me to apologize for being told to call a handyman. Offered to setup an appointment and tried to make things right.

Caleb and his crew were outstanding! Our family decided to do a complete inside remodel and windows on our house and HomeRenew was there for all of it. I can't say enough how easy they were to work and communicate with. We are really happy with how everything turned out and will be using them again for the outside remodel and addition. Thanks again HomeRenew!

I scheduled a quote with them a few weeks ago. Everything seemed to be going as planned. The time comes for Brent to show up and crickets. 15 minutes or so go by while I sit at home waiting for at least a call letting me know he'll be late. Eventually I call and leave a msg since no one answered giving them my information. 15 more minutes go by and I call back.

I'm finally told he's at least on his way. 30 minutes later, he shows up. I go over all the stuff I'm looking at doing (it's a good sized project with probably multiple implementations to finish everything). I get the reassurance he'll have the quote back to me by Wednesday. It's Thursday. Two weeks later and still no word. On to the next company I guess.

Posting 1.5 years after Home Renew constructed a garage and laid a concrete driveway for us. Caleb was exceptionally difficult to work with, at one point, *yelling* at my spouse for being upset that our project was delayed due to his poor planning with a dump truck. The workmanship is very poor throughout the entire project and several issues have arisen. Notably, just a year and a half after construction and our garage is breaking, sinking into the ground.

We have huge cracks in the foundation and the brickwork is already separating. (It's only been 18 months!) Improper concrete laying with the driveway has caused serious water damage to our basement where it funnels all the water. We are now searching for new contractors to correct the damage Caleb has done to our home. Would not recommend.

We used Home Renew to replace all the windows in our home. The process was seamless. We received professional service & great windows! It's reduced the noise in our house dramatically (we live by a highway). They installed all our windows in a day while we were at work & cleaned everything up before we got home. Great communication & service. Highly recommend!

This company is no good. We replaced 3 kitchen windows 2 doors and a screen door. They talked us into putting in a bay window instead of 3 separate windows. Well I asked about reinforcing the window seal due to the extra weight of the bay windows and the window seal sticking out about a foot on the outside of the house. He said it would be fine. Now they are starting to drop in the middle and sagging down the whole window seal and drywall around the windows due to not being reinforced so now I get to fix there mess up that I suggested they do before the install in the first place.

The front screen door handle was installed backwards so the lock lever is on the outside. The door in the garage has gaps all over. Put a hole in the wall above the door and left it. Tried to say it was already there. Avoid these guys if you want stuff done right.

Honest. Quality. Fast. Can do attitude! Other companies wouldnt install the door on my second floor roof, but ghese guys used their brain and some ladders and got the job done. They have great communication and always reply within a day or less. They installed a door when other companies said it was impossible. They really worked with me and got me the door I wanted. The wife loves it too. I cant thank them enough.

My Husband and I had a great experience with Home Renew! We needed a basement remodel, and they provided all the services we needed. The crew was always on time and professional. Despite the weather, the project was quick and the spaces were transformed beautifully. Now, we have 2 livable spaces and a full bathroom in the basement! We would definitely recommend this company for home remodeling and design projects! Caleb and his crew was a joy to work with, and answered all my questions throughout the project. Home Renew did incredible work for me. They came in and put in a door from my gage to my back yard. They got everything done in about a day and a half and I bet it would have only taken a day if it hadn't started raining. I would highly HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs a good, quality, fair, and professional company to handle anything for them.

Caleb and his crew did an outstanding job remodeling our old 1950's kitchen. His crew showed up on time & were very professional, while taking pride in their workmanship, and cleaned their space daily. They installed new windows a few months back at my home. Not only are they aesthetically pleasing to look at but lock and have screens unlike my old outdated windows.

They did a great job, with siding and windows! I hope to use them again this fall to install 17 windows for a remodel/new construction type house.

Home Renew worked on 2 projects at my house in 2018. Brent set them up for me at decent prices. My back door was rotting. They installed a new frame and door. The installer did a wonderful job and cleaned up nicely. Home Renew then replaced rotting wood on most of the soffits of my house. They then painted the whole house. The paint team worked quickly and got it done just before really cold weather came. It looks beautiful!!! I would recommend Home Renew to anyone who needs work done around their house at a reasonable price and great job done!

This company, is great helped us out on our house with windows, flooring, doors, and stair rail. Brent, Weston, and Doug were very responsive and professional cant say enough good things about them. They also remodeled my mothers carport and turned it into a garage for her. She loves it and tells me every day that she does. I would recommend them to everyone I know needing home remodeling done around there house.

I love my new bathroom! We have an older home but when you step into my bathroom now you would think it is a brand new home. I was amazed at the how the workers clean up after the end of each work day! We were concerned about redoing our one and only bathroom but they made sure we had a working toilet everyday!
