Presto did my garage floor and I am IN LOVE with it. They did it in 4 hours and I could walk on it about 4 hours after it dried! HIGHLY recommend them for garage floor needs. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family, great price, great employees, and a great company!

I went with Presto Garage & Gutter because of their Google reviews. They lived up to their reviews and I was highly satisfied. Professional, friendly, and willing to educate me on garage door matters.

My garage door was damaged by a delivery man. I contacted Presto to assess the damage and hopefully fix it. So, ended up the delivery man had damaged it pretty severely and I told Terry (at Presto) that I plan to submit a claim for this repair. He was so sympathetic and supportive. He took time to explain to me what happened and why he had to make the repairs.

Then when he finished the repairs, he took the time to even write up a more detailed explanation that I could provide with the claim. And that really helped because I got reimbursed for the repairs. I felt Terry was competent in how he diagnosed the issue and was very clear about what he would need to do. I would recommend this company and will use them again for future repairs. We had the gutter guards installed previously on our upper level. They've been great, so we had them installed on our lower level. It's fast and no fuss, with a warranty longer than another business's product who we had provide us a quote.

From the first call to set up a time to hear about the product to the final visit the experience was seemless. The salesperson was professional, courteous and friendly. He listened to our concerns and answered our questions truthfully. The workers were great both professional and friendly. They did an excellent job. We are very happy with the product and our rooms, screened in porch and sports room/garage look wonderful. I would highly recommend this product and company.

Excellent company! Prices were great! Technicians were friendly, courteous and on time. They installed three doors and three openers for me and I was very pleased with the end result. They cleaned up after themselves and advise me if I had any questions or concerns they would come back out and walk me through the operation again. Robert did a great job repairing our 10-year-old garage door. It hasn't been working really well for a week now so we decided to have it repaired. Just as we needed it, our neighbor recommended Robert to do the work and we are pleased with how affordable is his service was his work is surely fast and trusted by everyone we knew. He has a good reputation for my neighbors, surely worth the trust.

Terry came this morning to repair my garage door (broken spring) and had wonderful communication, excellent service, and everything was done in about 45min! Extremely friendly staff, upfront pricing, and great service. I would recommend Presto to any family or friend in the area!

Presto did a great job replacing our broken garage door springs. A tech named Brandon was onsite within 24 hours of my phone call to them. Tech was polite, professional and efficient. Replacement springs were correctly installed, everything was lubed up and the door now works perfectly.

Seller was great, make an appointment for installation incredible faster. They were on time. Disposal the old door and installed the new one. Very satisfied with them. The Technician performance a great job. And of course price was the best in my research.

Purchased a new garage door with Presto earlier this year but kept my old motor. The garage door is great and they helped with some gaps due to uneven pavement by putting an oversized rubber on the bottom. I ended up purchasing a new Linear motor recently which they installed quickly and works great. They are always quick to respond and have been great to work with.

I had my garage floor coated last Friday and it turned out better than any pics posted in a brochure. The techs that did the floor did an amazing job and answered all my questions while watching them do all the steps from start to finish. They have been the only contractors in our home the last few years that when they left for the day all they left behind was a great job and a beautiful floor.

I highly recommend Garage Doors & More of the Piedmont. I have these massive cedar doors which are a strain on the garage door opener as well as they need constant tuning. They take great care of me and are some of the friendliest service people you will find.

My experience with the serviceman was great. His customer service was excellent. He was very nice and very knowledgeable about my garage door and necessary repairs. He also made suggestions for regular maintenance for the garage door and answered all questions.

Terry came out to my house and was 10 minutes early. He gave me an honest evaluation of my garage door along with a cost comparison of repair vs. replacement. We're going with the replacement since the door is original to the house (20 yrs old). Very accommodating and we'll have the door next week. This company was referred to is through Home Advisor.

We had trouble with the springs on our door. It was a Saturday, and they were able to come out that afternoon. The technician was great and very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the service and the first rate customer service.

Great service and response. Old opener broke and made door basically inoperable. Terry was able to lay out all my options and pick one with features I need at my price point. Service was completed same day as the service call which was waived. Would recommend this local Charlotte company.

I had them install a new garage door at my house. I am completely satisfied, their salesman Nick helped me through the process of ordering a custom door for my house. The door looks great, works well, and their price was fair and reasonable.

This was an outstanding experience for me as a homeowner. I had a garage door issue and needed service, not immediately but I did need it in a timely basis. I had issues on a Monday and on Wednesday they showed up. They told me exactly who to expect and when he would show up. Jamie showed up early, worked efficiently and even told me what he was doing as he did it.

I got a great education on garage doors as he explained what my real issue was and he set to fixing it immediately. He even gave me pointers on maintenance so I could avoid any future issues. He even fixed issues that had been bugging me for years. This is a local company that does honest work for a very reasonable price. After messaging 5 other garage companies within the last 2 weeks, being stood up by 2 of them, and never hearing back from the other 3, I contacted Garage Doors and More. I sent a message around 4:30pm on Thursday and got two emails within 10 minutes confirming they got my message, then confirming an appointment time. I received a call Friday morning from Nick saying Terry would arrive between 5:30 and 6pm. Nick answered all of my questions and was very professional. Terry called me around 5:15 to let me know he was caught in some traffic, but would be there around 6pm.

When Terry arrived, he talked with my mom about what needed to be fixed, prices, let us know there's a chance we'd need a new track on one side, and got to work. Once he was done, he played around with my toddlers for a few minutes while we signed paperwork. Terry was very professional while still being personable. Good service and quick to respond. Only gave a 4 star because there was confusion on the initial scheduled date and when the technician was replacing my garage motor he had to plug up his tools to charge. Didn't realize until four days later he had unplugged my garage freezer and so I lost much of the food inside. Therefore the repairs cost me extra in food!

Tim Jones, the tech that installed our door, was great! He worked so hard to get the door installed just perfect and my house always has some type of challenge. His work ethnic was subperb and professional manner also stood out. He showed up early and did not leave until he felt it was done right. We will definitely recommend this company to our neighbors and friends. Thank you!

Terry arrived right on schedule. The issue : 16 ft manual roll up door on a barn that we needed repaired before IRMA. He quickly assessed the situation and went to work. He explained what needed to be done and why. He was able to make the door functional inspite of the damaged door. His "can do" attitude and professionalism was refreshing...

Terry arrived as scheduled and called first to confirm. Explained what was wrong with the garage door and what he was going to do to repair it. After repairing he went over what he did and we tested it. However a while later I went to use it and it worked improperly. I called Terry and he came right back and fixed the problem. The garage door opener isgood for many more years. Yeah!!

Customer service was exceptional and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. Terry repaired our garage door and strikes me as a very honest and hard worker. He did a great job and offered some great self-maintenance tips. I will certainly use them again.

The door operates more smoothly and with less noise than before. Added bonus: Terry demonstrated near perfect balance in the door by moving it up and down with just a finger! Very happy! One of our springs on the garage door lift system cracked on a Saturday evening. We called Garage Doors & More Sunday morning and they had it fully repaired by Sunday afternoon. Great response and we felt like they treat their customers with a sense of urgency the way it should be. We had also used them about 1 year ago to replace a lift motor and had similar positive experience. Fair price to go with that as well.

What a great company! Went above and beyond after hours, no less. Fixed a 14 year old door and now it works like new. Would definitely use this company again. Truly a great experience.
