Because of the quarantine I unable to visit my rental property and called SR Windows & Glass to check out a couple windows that needed glass replacement. Fortunately, the glass tech was kind enough to send pictures of the window and I was able to verify the damage and broken glass remotely. They sent me a fair price quote to replace the glass and when the job was done I received pictures of the repaired windows. Thank you so much for making my life easy during this nerve racking time.

I had 3 windows and a sliding glass door that were stuck and wouldn't operate smoothly. I called for a rough estimate and the service call and price for the parts was affordable. The glass tech came out and took a look and they gave me a final price that was very close to the estimate over the phone. I also got an estimate for a foggy window while he was there and I'll probably get that done next.
The parts took about two weeks to arrive and get installed. A little longer than I hope but my windows were 19 years old and obsolete. Overall great service and price for all the work I had done.

So happy with Universal Glass, who seems to be answering the phone these days for SR Window and Glass. With the Highwinds that surprise has been experiencing, I had a problem with the master bedroom window on the second floor rattling to the extent it would wake me up in the middle of the night. I was so pleased when Billy came out and made a simple adjustment to the window, caused by the screen shade screen installer, at no charge!
I couldn't remember the last time someone came to my house to do a repair and didn't at least charge me with a service charge $50 or more. Thank you universal glass. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a glass repair company.

I had this company come out in May of last year to replace a broken window. Their office staff was very nice and helpful. As a single mom working 2 jobs, I appreciated their help and kindness. However, what I didn't realize until today, when I tried to open my window and clean the glass is that the dual pane window that was replaced is NOT the same thickness as the original and it rattles in the window frame.
It creates not only a noisy experience, (I didn't understand why my daughter was saying that she hears the " wind blowing" in her room at night) but also a draft. In addition, the repairman also did not reattach the guide cables that allow for the window to be opened and closed. So. I can no longer use the window. Since I was not there during the installation, I didn't realize that there were issues until today. Needless to say, I am not happy or impressed.
That being said, I have left a message for the company to respond to. (This is a Sunday.) We will see how they choose to resolve the issues of the incorrect widow and installation errors. I will update when I know how this will be handled.

Literally the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. 8 weeks from the time I initially contacted them until I finally called them up and requested a refund BECAUSE THEY STILL HADN'T COMPLETED THE WORK. And the work was not particularly hard - it was a roller door replacement for a sliding glass door. Here's the timeline. 1. Called them to ask for service/quote. 2. Took a while to get that scheduled, but finally they did. 3. Showed up to check the door. Gave me a quote and said they would order the parts. Requested a deposit of $100.00 which I promptly paid. 4.
Never heard from them again. 5. After weeks have gone by I call them. I am told they had been shorthanded but were going to call my tenants (it's a rental property) that day to schedule the work. 6. They don't call. 7. I call back 5 days later. They finally schedule a service appointment. 8. They come out and.they have ordered the wrong part. Tell my tenant they have to order the correct part and leave.
No ETA on when it will be in, no next steps, nothing. 9. I call them 5 days later and get a voicemail. I request a refund of my deposit in that voicemail. They don't call me back. 10 I call them again the next business day and they finally pick up. The lady on the phone wasn't even aware they had been out there with the wrong part. We've given this company several opportunities to make this right, but clearly they have chosen not to. They viewed our small job on repair of a sliding glass door and took a deposit check with a promise for the work to be completed. This was a month ago. We've attempted to contact them at least 4 times and left repeated messages for a return call, but no response.
They even had the nerve to cash our check. I'm not one to post negative reviews, but we've been taken advantage of and this is just not right. We are small business owners ourselves and would never treat clients in this matter. Use caution if you choose to use this company.

HORRIBLE!The worst customer service! I called to schedule a window replacement, was put on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. She had taken my information and NEVER called me back. I emailed that I was still waiting for appointment time.nothing! 3 days later I called and was told they were so busy that they do NOT do estimates. I made it very clear I needed a window replaced and they had done window replacement for an insurance claim earlier this year. ( not to mention the tech threw the glass in my neighbors yard instead of cleaning it up) I was told they have staffing problems.again.told me they don't have time to give FREE estimates. Never received an apology. I was made to feel as if I was looking for free service. Danielle was very RUDE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We had a window replaced and new glass installed on another window. The window job was unusual because siding could not be removed to access the flange holding the window in place. The SR team figured out a solution, worked through a few challenges, and got the job done. Special thanks to Danielle who kept us informed and Angel who did a great job with the installation. We will use SR Window and Glass in the future and highly recommend them.

My experience was smooth sailing. I didn't have time to check other places but their pricing seemed fair. The men that came to give me a quote were kind and answered my questions well. The gentleman that came for the actual repair was quick and thorough.no mess left and my window looks great! I'd definitely recommend them.

We are in the process of selling our home. During the home inspection, the inspector noticed "seal movement" on several of our windows and suggested that there might be failure and thus the need for possible repair or replacement. To verify the inspectors report, I contacted SR Windows. I was in the 5 day window of accepting or denying the inspection findings, so I needed quick response. SR was quick to make the house call for their inspection. Angel, the SR Window representative was quick to point out that there was nothing wrong with the windows.
The "seal movement" was simply cosmetic and was not affecting the quality of the seal. There was no evidence of moisture or staining and therefore, the windows did not need to be fixed or repaired. This was a very upstanding and professional gesture by Angel and his company. Since I was in a pickle with the inspector, Angel could have mis-lead me and caused me to consider an expensive fix that wasn't really necessary. I thoroughly recommend SR WIndows. They were prompt, courteous, and very professional. Bob Surprise, AZ.

I don't usually write reviews but my experience with Superior warranted a special mention. My sliding patio door had become nearly unusable and I was dreading the expense of replacing it. I called Superior and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. Their serviceman, Angel, arrived, a few minutes before our scheduled arrival time. He was very personable and assessed the problem quickly as worn out rollers. He did not try to up sell me and repaired the door perfectly in a very short time for the price quoted over the phone. I can't ask for more than that!

Everyone I came in contact with was knowledgeable and friendly. I had a window that lost its seal and was fogging. They came out quickly to take measurements and give me an estimate. Price was very reasonable and I gave them my deposit. One week later, window is in and you'd never know it was a replacement! Thank you, Angel, for the quick seamless installation.

I needed a very small piece of glass right away and SR Windows got it for me quick. No hassles. I was not sure if this project was too small but SR Windows took care of me without hesitation. Angel delivered excellent customer service. He explained all my options in great detail. Arista took my order without complication and two days later I had my piece of glass.

I gave the company a 5 star review on Facebook and just wanted to send an update regarding the tech who came out to do the last install at my house. the Company service was efficient, friendly, timely and we were more then satisfied to give a honest review of 5 stars. What left a bitter taste was that the tech Jon, gave me a Starbucks card for a cup of coffee, as thank you for taking time to review the service and company. When I went to use the card for a cup of coffee, it was empty. I bought my own cup of coffee and this is a review on the tech not the company's service.

Disaster. Wishing I could give 3 negative stars. Had asked for a bid for 2 panes that had the plastic panes slipping. First bid was high and I had SR Windows and Glass give me another. What was missing in their end bid was a job half done. Now I only have one window with drooping pane. Just nuts! If you are crazy enough to deal with these people get everything in detail and in writing as they are super 'smoke and mirrors show' with this aspect.
When I told them that "both windows had the bronze 'panes'" and mentioning I wanted "them" fixed I received a bid, but seemingly only for one pane. Now it looks horrible as only one was fixed and paid more than 60% of the previous bid, what a rip. Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder could have ascertained what was needed and what I wanted but now it looks junk.
My advice is shop around and if you feel the need to support this business get detailed estimate on exactly what is happening. Better yet choose another company with better dealings and customer service. I give SR Windows & Glass = huge FAIL.

I would give this place zero stars if I could, for the headache that this place has caused me and my husband. SR Windows and Glass has given me the absolute worst customer service experience that I have ever received. I have had a technician come to my home once, to measure the window. I was told that I would have a quote within 24 hours. I hear nothing from the technician or the company.
I call them after a few days and am told that the technician is "off right now, " and that I would have to wait even longer just for a quote. "Instant." What a lie. Then, I waited two weeks for the repair to actually occur. This company then took my money as a "deposit" and promised a repair person today. I arrive home and my window is still broken (this place took our money AND failed to do the job that we paid them for), and the company has informed my husband that we should take our business elsewhere.
All after we had waited two weeks for them to follow up with us. Communications with staff (when they actually picked up the phone) at this company were unprofessional and rude. I was told by a staff member that "I do not know what I'm talking about" when describing the tedious process of trying to reach these people. I am disgusted at the lack of respect and customer service offered by this business. Save yourself a headache and some money, and go elsewhere.

We are new here to Arizona and so finding companies you can trust is always a challenge BUT not when we called SR Windows & Glass! What a blessing! From the first call to request an estimate (which was FREE) we could already feel this was going to be a pleasurable experience! One of the technicians Angel showed up and took accurate and quick measurements.
He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable! When we got the quote we were happy to get such a reasonable rate! All of the other glass companies will only come out for a base rate or for only 3 or more windows. We only needed one and I love the fact that no job is too small for SR Windows and we were treated just as important as a big job! Within one week Angel came back out and installed our window within record time! I HIGHLY recommend to request Angel for measurements and installation! Thank you SR Windows!

Called SR Windows because we had a broken piece of storefront glass at my office that we needed to get fixed asap. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They had the glass in stock and were able to install same day! Installers were very professional and did a great job. I even got a call from the owner making sure everything went well. I would definitely recommended and use these guys again!
