Normally don't leave reviews. Everything was awesome but then installation came. Horrible experience. Mistakes made all along with way and made for great stress. Was difficult to communicate with the 'boss.' Wouldn't answer phone calls to correct mistakes. He never corrected the errors and crooked installation. Door didn't close properly. Had to pay out of pocket with other company to fix it. It was bad. Wouldn't recommend. Had high hopes but just a terrible experience.

These guys came through for us big time. Our door was stuck open because the cable had come off the drum. We couldn't even close it manually by separating the door from the opener. They were able to rearrange an appointment they already had in order to come to our place within 30 minutes of calling them.
. The cable was fixed, and our tracks were adjusted so the door closes and opens much more quietly and smoothly. If something else goes wrong with the door in the future, Chameleon will be the first call we make.

I had a terrific experience with Chameleon Overhead Doors. Edi answered my call and offered to come by the very same day as I was concerned about the door not closing. He examined the issue, got his tools out, and fixed it promptly. He even identified some little kinks and took care of those too. Great experience and reasonably priced! Would recommend to everyone.

Chameleon Overhead Doors rocks! After moving back stateside, I had to store a lot of my belongings in the garage. When the garage door went off the rail and got stuck diagonally near the top of the garage, I panicked because all of my things were left exposed to the street and everyone passing by. I called around frantically but Chameleon was the quickest to respond and they were the most sympathetic to my concerns.
They sent someone that same day! Edi was very knowledgeable, efficient and incredibly professional. He had my door back on the tracks and straightened out in half an hour. I am very pleased with Chameleon and would recommend them to everybody! Edi's the best!

Wonderful service! We had some damage to our garage door after some kids kicked a ball into it, and Chameleon helped us replace it quickly and cheaply! The employees were very nice and told us exactly what to expect (in terms of the replacement and the cost) throughout the process, which was perfect! They were very efficient and even made sure to follow up with us a week after the installation to ensure that there weren't any problems. I would absolutely use them again!
