Door looks great. Installers did an excellent job and were very friendly and fast. I had an issue with the door getting stuck about 3 weeks after install and they came out and fixed it. Only negatives is it took a real long time to manufacture the custom door, but things are slow everywhere today. The door is really nice quality though and worth the wait. They were also cheaper than Anderson (who tried to bait and switch) and I'd say the quality is the same if not better.

I could have gone anywhere to buy replacement windows, I went to Toms River Door and Window and they made me cry. It was such a big deal in my life to get to buy 20 windows for my home of 28 yrs. MIKE VARCADIPANE Sales Mgr. completely destroyed any joy when he began harassing to get him paid. Ordered 7/20, installed 11/20. The long delay for my install caused the line of credit to expire. An error occurred where I didn't receive email for new approval. MIKE VARCADIPANE left messages on my phone threatening "to press charges on me for theft and breech of contract, and put a lean on my home." He told me if he didn't get paid he'd be driving down to where I live.

The owner that I spoke to barely made an apology, offered me no compensation or anything to make it right including a formal apology from MIKE VARCADIPANE who had a complete mental lapse of any sort of decency or professionalism. No apology. Nothing. $17.500. in business to this company. I have reported them to the NJ DEPT. of Consumer Affairs. They are a terrible reflection on small business who I went out of my way to choose.

We had a great experience from start to finish with the installation of our front door and are so glad we went with Toms River Door and Window after getting several estimates. Karl did a fantastic job installing our door. He prepped the area prior so that nothing was damaged during the install and cleaned things up perfectly afterwards.

This is my third time purchasing from TRDW. Had four windows total installed in 2012 /2013. Perfect to this date and still look new in 2021 and perfect seals no issues. In July 2020 I saved up to finally replace the rest. 14 more windows. Also made by Sunrise but this time all with the NRG which reduces noise from outside. Mike Varcardipane was my sales man.

He is 100% honest up front just like the salesman I had twice in 2012/2013 who retired after. Mike told me in July that all the manufacturers were having delays so what used to be 3-4 weeks was 7+. Of course no fault of TRDW, sunrise had an outbreak had to shut plant etc so eventually got my windows. TRDW Installed end of Dec 2020, amazing difference with new windows.

Well worth the wait. Much more comfortable, I set thermostat four degrees less, heat doesn't run as much. Much less noise indoors. I have a stucco outside of my house. It's a custom built home dating to the 1940s. Installers installed the end caps, caulked, etc for my upstairs and floor one windows. Looked perfect day of installations for all 14 i bought. Did get warmer during New Years so some sections for caulk where it meets stucco separated in four different sections.

I took pics sent to Mike over that weekend, installers returned next business day, fixed and had been perfect ever since regardless of temperature. Literally, they do a phenomenal job and understand customer service. I gladly paid and my check cleared to them fast. They been around in business longer than I have been alive. And they are very busy for good reason.

If you want something done right, you ask a busy person. If you want your windows installed right and to last a long time, you have TRDW sell and install them. They are not home depot. TRDW are skilled workers, and honest from the salesman to the installers. You get what you pay for so I give them my highest recommendation.

Replaced all my windows. Toms River Door & Window went above an beyond my expectations. I will be using them again to replace a storm door in the spring.

Customer service was great. Answered all my questions and quoted prices for work i wanted done. Much more expensive than I thought it would be. Have to explore more options

I love this place! They do a wonderful job and are so very nice, and friendly! As a girl going in to purchase a new storm door recently, I was treated with the utmost respect. We also bought a replacement sliding bathroom window from them last year. The installation to replace a large glass block window was done perfectly and the installers left the job very clean. I wouldn't shop any place else for windows or doors! SHOP SMALL!

Today I had a storm door and an interior door installed. By far the most professional installation by anyone to have done work in my home. Carl and Ryan worked as if they were one person, each knowing what to do next. These two men were both professional and have an excellent working knowledge of their product. Both are an asset to their company. My wife and I are extremely happy and recommend Tom's River Windows and Doors at the highest level as well as Carl & Ryan. Don't pay in full up front, this is the only Contractor I hired who didn't finish the job in a timely manner, I'm still, after weeks, waiting for the lock to be adjusted on my screen door otherwise their products, so far, are good.

Our installers were Ryan and Carl were courteous and professional with my wife while I was working, . she sent pics as the job was being done telling me how great the vinyl windows looked.

The salesperson left us hanging for weeks, giving us the runaround when we called or emailed. We gave up frustrated.

Recently had windows installed. Process from start to finish was second to none. I can't be happier with new windows and everyone at Toms River Door and Window. Installers were great. Other than the new windows you would not even know they were their that's how clean they left my home. I would recommend them and I will be be using for future projects. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!

I installed a beautiful Provia Door and Storm door in March of 2013. I paid over $6300 for both of them. I have need of a repair for my storm door. Some holes at the bottom which were put in by my Cavaliar dog and the screen was pulling away from the left top side. I must say that I am disappointed in their Customer Service. First by the. receptionist who has no customer service training; then in speaking w/the technician after finally getting them to come and see my door.

They wanted $31 to rescreen the door and he then proceeded to tell me labor would be over $100. I am now waiting for the owner to call me to see if this can be settled to both our satisfaction. I will continue to post onto their website about customer service in hopes that the next customer will be treated better. Will not recommend this copany at al!

Quick installation. Friendly service. I called on a Monday and got an appointment for the very same week. I'm used to contractors scheduling weeks out and/or giving me crap about being too busy. We had a new garage door opener installed. Rep called and requested to come earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation (which worked out wonderfully for me). Demonstrated product and warranty before he left. Very satisfied, highly recommended.
