Great job by ValleyWide Glass from estimate to completion on replacing a broken sliding glass window in my home. Service technicians Mark and Chris were punctual, professional in appearance and demeanor, and focused on customer satisfaction. Very quick turnaround on the fix and installation. I will definitely use this company for any future glass/window needs.

I contacted John at Valleywide Glass earlier today about my patio door that shattered. He told me to take pictures of the damage and forward the pictures to him. He indicated he would review the pictures and call me back promptly. If Valleywide couldn't do the repair, he would refer me to someone who could help me. Several hours later, no call from John.

I called and left a voice message. No response. I called two times later with no answer or VM option. Instead I must have been put on a list for an automated return text that said they had no technicians available and call back tomorrow! Some kind of service! Revised Review: I worked with Valleywide Glass to replace a door that I had accidentally shot with BB gun. Although they had to have someone in california match the glass and said it would be closely but unlikely to match exactly we proceeded. The glass was installed and matched perfectly. Took a bit longer for special order, but got it done. After installing the glass I noticed the screen door wasn't rolling right and they dispatched a team to correct it. All in all, good communication and I would recommend them.

Wonderful service! Quick, easy, affordable. We had a large single pane window that needed to be replaced. The Technician was on time, courteous and efficient. Less than 24 hours form my initial call to new glass. Great prices too!

Excellent service! Our sliding glass door shattered about 3pm made some calls to other companies and it was going to take a couple days before they could come out. Went on Home Advisor and found Valleywide Glass gave them a call within 20 minutes they had a serviceman Alric at our home. He measured called in the size while he cleaned up the broken glass another truck arrived with our new glass and they even secured our door for our pool. They were done by 4:30pm. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Valleywide Glass for any home window replacements. I was in need of two window replacements of different sizes and the job was completed in just three business days including sizing, ordering, and installation. The windows look amazing and function great! John was really helpful when discussing options and with scheduling and his field team of Juan and John run a really smooth and efficient installation.

Unfortunately, some criminals broke my window last night and I had to have it replaced. I called multiple places for a quote and they either A) did not respond in a timely manner or B) were a bit on the expensive side. Valleywide glass answered my phone call promptly, and they sent someone out to fix my window in about 3 hours. The repair took about 10 minutes. Will definitely call them back if I need any further service.

We used the weed eater and a rock broke out our sliding glass duel pane doors, it went thru the 1st glass. I called valleywide glass and they sent a guy out to measure it, this was the 3rd estimate that I had received. I felt like they gave us the best price. It was a custom door so it was not the regular size of glass. I had them order the glass it came in 5 days later, they called and it was installed the same day. I'm very happy with the job that was done, loved the guy that installed and measured it, he was very professional, friendly, and he had a lot of knowledge. Thanks to an ill-placed dog toy, I had a pratfall that resulted in a broken window in our hallway. We got it boarded up, but then I was on the hunt for a good, reasonably priced, works after 6 PM window repair company. (They also offer a window boarding up service then return to fit the glass but we didn't need that so I can't speak to that part of their service). Valleywide Glass fit the bill, and went above my expectations!

The repairman was courteous, quick, pointed out what he did when replacing the glass, and went over what not to do for the first couple of days to let the bonding set. Plus - there was a Yelp deal - $100 for $50. Saving that $50 was a big deal to me. My entire experience, from start to finish, was A+ in every regard. Take a pratfall and break a window?

My four year old son took a play toy hammer to my window. I was looking for a glass company online to fix it. After searching a few different glass companies, I came across Valleywide Glass. I spoke with John and he had a technician out at my house with in the hour. They where fast and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and be using them in the future.
